’…This universe is as interesting as I thought it would be’ Victoria thought, as she stared upon the picture that her people had gotten of the invaders on the other side of the barrier, a picture that showed a species that she knew of…VERY well. 

For it was a species that she knew from one of her favorite TV shows of all time. 

The species was…The Sontaran’s. 

‘So…I’m in Doctor Who? That makes things…a lot more complicated’ Victoria thought with a sigh, realizing that her Empire was now in a LOT more danger than before. 

‘I’m in a universe with the Doctor, Daleks, Cybermen, the Toymaster, and so many more species that could annihilate my entire Empire. The Daleks…are not something my Empire can fight, not at its current level’ Victoria thought as she leaned back in her throne, understanding that she would need to give this information to the leaders of each faction so they understood just how dangerous this universe actually was. 

‘I suppose at least there isn’t that many Daleks left alive in the current time period, should this be modern times during the Doctor’s adventures. I can only hope that it’s around the 12th to 13th Doctors Regeneration, otherwise this might get a lot more dangerous’ Victoria thought, not even wanting to imagine the idea of being in the time of one of the earlier regenerations where literal Gods appear constantly. 

The 13th doctor would be the best of the bunch, as they’d likely be the easiest to get to work with her, and also had the plots that she remembered the most, as in her past life they were the most recent episodes she had watched. 

Looking to one of the guards in her room, Victoria spoke “Spread this picture to the faction leaders. Tell them that I want them to focus on improving their technology, to work together to advance as fast as possible” Victoria said, as the man nodded and ran off in order to give the order. 

She needed the technology of the Empire to jump dramatically and rapidly, otherwise she wouldn't be able to do anything to defend her people. 

‘At least I’ve got the Force, but even that won’t do anything against a Dalek or…well, most of the bigger threats in this universe’ Victoria thought. If she had the full force of her power in the force then she could, but with how weakened she was, she highly doubted she could. 

‘And there is an entire Sontaran fleet outside of the barrier, likely with several other species alongside it’s massive expanse’ Victoria knew that the barrier was absolutely massive, and was surrounding the entire galaxy, meaning there was most definitely many many more ships around her Empire. 

Which made the summoning even more important, and most of all, the improvement of technology. 

Taking a sip of her coffee, Victoria breathed out. 

‘…I guess the best I can do for now, is to continue to summon more people for my Empire, and to prepare the best I can’

Time had flown by since the realization that she was in the universe of Doctor Who, a little over one and a half years in fact. Which meant that she had been in this universe for a total of One year and eleven Months, giving her 3 new summons, as she got one every 6 months. And since she had been here for 23 months now, that equated to 3 summons. 

She had 28 in total, well, did, but she had summoned quite a lot over that time, using as many as she could in order to prepare for the coming invasion that would begin the second the barrier collapsed in a single month.

Thanks to the summons, her Empire had expanded by an absolutely massive amount, dozens of times its previous size, spanning millions more worlds than before, and more than 100 Quadrillion new civilians, with her armies increasing in size. 

She now had Jedi and Sith under her payroll, although far weaker thanks to the lack of the force, making them only a small fragment of power in comparison to what they were in Star Wars, it was still an incredible boon. Especially the Star Forge, which had become the most important factory in the Empire, producing thousands of ships and a constant mass production of droids and terminators. 

Her people had been on a constant drive for improvement in power and knowledge, working together to grow more and more over the year. With the Daxamites, Martians, and Viltrumites becoming close, due to the Viltrumites wishing to breed with the other powerful species, to see what the child would become, and whether or not they could give birth to a true hybrid of the two species. 

Technology wise, they had made a massive jump thanks to the sheer amount of scientists and new technological advancements being added to her Empire. But they were still absolutely nothing in comparison to what the Daleks were capable of, not even remotely close. Even the Cybermen would likely still be an issue for her. 

These advancements continued rapidly as they were shared amongst other scientists, who would then improve upon those advancements, on and on and on. The sharing of knowledge was a galaxy wide thing that was constantly happening, with her people learning more and more the longer they went on. 

I would still take quite a lot before she can stop the likes of the Daleks or Cybermen. The only thing she really had over them was sheer numbers, with an army of over 2.5 quintillion thanks to her droids, droids that were constantly being upgraded into their superior forms, mostly so she didn’t have to lose her mind listening to the constant “Roger Roger” and foolish mistakes they’d make otherwise. 

At the moment Victoria was sitting on her golden throne, her trusted Sith and Jedi standing in front of her. 

“How is the progress with your teachings?” Victoria asked, propping her head up with her hand, leaning against the side of the throne. 

“Excellent, your grace. We have seen large improvements in all the younglings, and we expect to have several new Jedi Knights within the next month” Obi-Wan Kenobi replied with a smile, pleased with the progress of his fellow Jedi. 

“Ours are improving rapidly as well, your grace. But due to the…lack of the Force within this place, it is proving…difficult for some of them to grow” Maul said, standing next to Kenobi. Usually this would be Vader, but he was busy teaching new students, and aiding the engineers in production of droids that will be able to fight back against someone that wields a blade like his. 

“I apologize for that, but there is little I can do. This universe is…lacking in the force, hence why the technological improvements and militaristic improvements of our people is of the utmost importance” Victoria replied, understanding the concerns, but she really didn’t have anything she could do about it, as if she could, she would. 

“It is not your fault, your grace” Kenobi said as Victoria just sighed. 

“Alright, work with what you can for now. As long as they improve, it matters not how much. Now off you go, I’ve got things to do” Victoria ordered, as they both bowed before walking out, leaving Victoria alone once more, gazing at the thousands of screens littering the walls, showing her around the Empire through specialized surveillance drones. 

“Seems the Sontarans are battling with those other pesky snakes” Victoria muttered, looking at the screen which was watching the barrier, seeing through it and showing her what they were doing. 

It wasn’t the first time that they had been fighting one another, likely so that they could conquer the new galaxy and its materials for themselves. Too bad for them, pretty much every planet alongside the barrier is now inhabited, and has a small army ready to fight against any invaders that dare tread into her territory.

A single month wasn’t a ton of time to do much in regards to improving things too much, but she made sure that her people would continue nonetheless. 

She had also made it a habit to spend a couple days a week traveling to various planets in her Empire, all to see what her own Empire was like, and she found herself falling more and more in love with it all. Giving her more reasons to protect her people and her land. 

Leaning back in her throne, as she looked at the screen that had the countdown, a countdown that was shown on every planet in her Empire, the countdown to when the barrier would collapse, and when the invasion of their Empire would begin. 

Gazing at it, Victoria let out a sigh, before speaking to herself. 

“...One Month…just one month before everything changes, one month before my Empire will be under siege, and one month before they can come here…”

A small smirk appeared on Victoria’s face as she remembered a certain someone, as she spoke to herself once again. 

“...Soon Doctor…soon”

The only reason this universe works is because of the sheer amount of power the Daleks have, the numbers the Cybermen have, and that the force is massively weakened. The Daxamites and Viltrumites might be good against a lot of the weaker aliens, but won’t do jack to Daleks. 

Sorry about all the summons, but I decided to just do them all now and get it done with.
