[3rd POV]
Finding out that she was in Forks of all places was…a bit annoying. She wasn’t even remotely interested in most of the Cullens, as she found Bella to be annoying, Edward to be creepy, but didn’t really mind the rest of the Cullens that much.
The town was also tiny, and had very little to do in terms of activities. It also didn’t help that it was currently 2005, meaning that in terms of technology, the world was…lacking. In comparison to what she was used to in her past life, this world was…behind, by a lot at that.
It was also the year in which Twilight, at least the first movie, takes place. Not that she was that interested in interacting with all of…that. She was more interested in enjoying this new life of hers, and staying far away from all of that…drama. But knowing how things go involving pretty much any fictional work, she would undoubtedly be forced into it either way.
So it was up to her to at least enjoy it while she can, which is exactly what Rebekah decided to do, as she got up from her couch, and left her home, deciding to figure out what sort of shops are in town, and if she’ll have to drive to Seattle to get any clothes that weren’t so…boring.

Turns out Forks had a few shops that had surprised Rebekah, each of them having a decent selection of clothing, but nothing too crazy. Good enough for her…for now. So, she ended up leaving those shops with four bags of clothes, all placed into the back of her expensive SUV.
She had spent the new couple of days traveling around the state of Washington, amassing some wealth for her own use, more specifically cash. She mostly did this by visiting the homes of the incredibly wealthy, as in billionaires, as well as stealing it from some criminal groups she had run across randomly during her travels around Washington.
During those couple of days, she had been focusing on learning how to utilize her new powers. More specifically her ability to control bats, transform into different creatures, and most of all, her ability to control the weather. The last of those abilities turned out to be…far from easy to utilize, but she could practically feel the power it brought her, as her control over the weather was even better than Vlad from the Dracula Untold movie. Her ability to control bats was also far stronger and quite impressive.
She utilized her ability to turn into a swarm of bats in order to travel around quicker, and had very quickly learned how to utilize that particular ability as she found it to be one of the most useful of the bunch. It would be helpful if she ever needed to flee a fight or something.
At the moment Rebekah was on her property, sipping on some coffee as she casually walked to where she usually would train various powers. It was an open field like area that tended to be completely out of the way, making it perfect for her to train without having to worry about anything.
She had gotten the property after buying it with some of the money she stole. It was a bit of a pain in the ass to do so, but it had worked in the end. It was for this reason that she owned a huge amount of property in the area, pretty much the entire forest that she lived in being her property, or at least most of it. Some parts of it were a part of the local Tribes and such.
After walking for a while longer, she began to hear voices. Rather…familiar ones that she had remembered from her past life.
‘Ah bloody hell, of course they’d be here’ Rebekah thought with a groan, as she recognized the voices as the voices of Bella Swan, and the Cullens.
‘If they’re here then…this must be where they played that boring baseball game. Never saw the appeal of throwing a ball around and hitting it with a metal stick, but whatever’ Rebekah thought with annoyance, as she began to get closer.
Eventually she exited the tree line, as the Cullens all noticed her and paused, as she got closer.
“Hello? Can I ask what you are doing on my property?” Rebekah asked, her accent causing them to pause for a moment as they all glanced at one another. Rebekah was about to continue, only to stop when she felt it, the sensation of someone trying to break into her mind.
‘This little brat!’ Rebekah thought, as she blocked the intrusion, and instead made him feel immense pain in his skull, which he had hidden well behind a slight grimace.
”I apologize, is this your land? I thought it was abandoned” Carlisle asked, genuinely seeming to feel a little bad.
“It is, I acquired this land, and a majority of the forest behind me rather recently, so I suppose I can forgive that” Rebekah waved it off, as while it was a little annoying that she wasn’t going to be able to train her powers there, but decided to let them off just this once.
She was kind sometimes.
“Ah, I see. Would you like us to leave?”
”Hmm, no it is quite alright. I don’t mind you playing your game here, just try not to destroy any of my trees will you? They’d be a pain in the arse to get rid of” Rebekah said as the man looked at her confused, before she glanced at Edward.
“I’d also suggest you have the little mind reader to not attempt that again, or I will rip his skull from his body” Rebekah added, taking another sip of her still warm coffee, as Carlisle looked alarmed.
“What? Did you think I didn’t know that you’re a bunch of Cold Ones? I knew the second I caught the scent of death and rot. I don’t care what you are, just don’t destroy my land and don’t try to read my mind again” Rebekah said, as she noticed all of them were tense.
“You’re welcome to continue playing” Rebekah added, as she moved over and sat on a rock, sipping on her coffee as she flipped through a book she had bought.
The Cullens all looked at one another, before Carlisle looked back at them.
“Alright, you heard her, let's continue!” Carlisle said, as they began to play their game again, Rebekah glanced up at every few moments, finding that it was a lot more interesting than normal baseball, but not enough to keep her attention.
What did keep her attention, was the scent that began to creep into her nose, something…different. She frowned when she smelt it, and glanced towards the tree line.
It seemed the Cullens noticed too, as they all began to run towards one area, surrounding Bella as she moved her hair so that her scent wouldn’t leak. Not that that would do anything, as Rebekah’s heart began to beat faster, as three individuals began to enter the area.
Two of them were men, one of them with long black hair and being darker skinned, and the other being blonde and pale as can be. But it was the third one that got her eyes to widen and constrict. She felt it, the way her heart pounded out of her chest, the scent of cinnamon and warmth, the scent that made everything feel so…right.
And it was then and there that Rebekah Mikaelson realized…
That she had just met her mate, that she HAS a mate. And her mate was…
Victoria

That’s the end of the chapter!
So she meets Victoria and the Cullens!
Question: Should I make Selene her other love interest and leave it at that? I rewatched the series and after watching the second movie and saw the…scene (if you know, you know) and I was like…she’s too hot to ignore!
I can tell you now that most of Twilight will be ignored, as it’s mostly just there to meet Victoria and that’s it. She’ll be doing some stuff involving the Volturi though. It’s more so the other universes in this world that she’ll be interacting with.
Victoria will probably be cutting her hair eventually as her current hair is…not the best.
Another vault chapter or two should be coming today.
Anyways, have a good day!
