As it turns out, conquering the Darkforce Dimension was…not at all difficult. The dimension itself was basically just an infinite expanse of darkness and Darkforce itself. With slight mixtures of dark purple mixed throughout. And the only real thing that was inside the dimension was the Tree of Shadow, which had been the first thing that Lux went to.

The creatures that protected the Tree didn’t even attempt to touch her, as her light would burn them to ashes. And besides that, they could feel her intentions, her desires to take the dimensions or her own, and they would still be allowed to exist, as long as they understood that she was the ruler and owner of the dimension, not the Shi’ar.

The Shi’ar would be an annoying little Empire to deal with, as they were quite strong, and were the largest Empire in the Marvel universe. But Lux was confident that they wouldn’t be able to touch her, as she sat in the middle of the Darkforce dimension, her figure glowing a dark purple color, as she had her eyes closed.

It almost looked as if she was meditating at the moment, but instead, she was currently stretching her power over the dimension, and was currently connecting herself to the dimension, gaining control over it.

She had been sitting like this for a while now, but after what had likely been days of connecting the dimension to herself, and vice versa, her eyes began to open slowly. One of her eyes glowed a bright golden of the Lightforce, and the other glowed a bright purple of the Darkforce.

Lifting her hand, she watched as dark energy curled around her hand, as a smile formed on her face. She could tell that the Lightforce and Darkforce within her were…in tandem, working together just like she had hoped they would, akin to Yin and Yang as she had assumed.

She could also feel that she was quite a bit stronger, as her dimensions were now in tune with one another, and were basically “Neighbors” now.

Stretching her influence, she frowned “Seems there’s quite a lot of…not very good people using my dimension for their own gain” Lux said, as she looked into the intentions of a number of the hundreds of thousands of users of the Darkforce.

She found that a lot of them were horrid people, so, she gave them no chance at using her power anymore, as she cut them off. She let the natural beings and good beings continue to use it, and she even let some of the more villainous inclined beings use it, but not the true monsters like the ones she had cut off.

After all, she was a dimensional ruler now. And while she still didn’t like a lot of the immoral things that went on, she was a lot less…in tune with normal emotions. But rapists, pedophiles and the like would never be allowed to use her power. That much she decided the seconds she was reincarnated.

She could also tell that if she truly wanted to, she could look through the eyes of the users of her power. But she decided that she would learn and master her power first, as she still had a couple other dimensions she wished to take over for herself.

She had a mental list of dimensions, those being: The Punch Dimension, The Light Dimension, The Spotted Dimension.

She had also found a number of other dimensions that were likely never covered in the comics, which made sense as there was basically an infinite amount of dimensions out there, so she would naturally be finding a LOT of unknown dimensions.

She also found out that the “Light Dimension” and the “Lightforce Dimension” were in fact, two different things. She had no idea why, but she suspected that the Lightforce was an energy, a power source. While the Light Dimension was pure, absolute Light. Meaning it would be the perfect dimension to obtain, as she suspected it would massively boost her power in that particular area.

The Spotted Dimension was the same dimensions that the “Spot” traveled through in order to teleport. It was a large dimension with a bunch of small “Spots” basically portals that can be utilized to travel. It was also a perfect mixture of Light and Darkness. Basically, yet another perfect dimension for her to take.

And the Punch dimension was a dimension of infinite concussive force. A powerful and dangerous dimension, so she decided she would conquer that one after the Light Dimension and the Spotted Dimension. As she wasn’t sure how it would react to her being, since most of the dimensions did have a small degree of sentience.

But for now, she opted to learn how to utilize the Darkforce more.

While Lux was learning how to utilize the Darkforce, and planning for her future conquest of dimensions, other dimensional rulers were reacting to her taking over the Darkforce, as they could all feel her.

Dormammu was amongst them, and he was…not pleased.

“How dare some upstart worm conquer dimensions! I’m the only one that has the right to do that!” Dormammu roared, his dimension shaking from his rage, as his servants all looked up at him, some of them sighing as this was…not a rare occurrence, and some of them shivering in fear.

With Mephisto, the red skinned entity gazed off into the distance with a smirk.

“How interesting~ A new ruler gaining more land? I do wonder what sort of person they are, and if they’d be interested in a deal~” Mephisto said with a wide grin, excited to eventually meet them.

Throughout the dimensions with rulers, they all reacted similarly. As none of them were fond of a new ruler coming out of nowhere, especially not when they now ruled over two somewhat powerful dimensions, like the Lightforce dimension and the Darkforce dimension.

Most hadn’t attempted to take them for themselves, as they were VERY unkind to any intruders, with the Lightforce atomizing any dark entity intruding, and the Darkforce obliterating most foreign invaders attempting to conquer it. That, and the Shi’ar was protecting the latter.

Didn’t seem to matter anymore.

Unknown to them, Lux had a VERY high affinity with dimensions, and thanks to this, she was able to conquer dimensions that others wouldn’t dare try, as the dimensions themselves found her to be an appealing ruler.

This was an unknowing boon/gift from the entity that had reincarnated Lux, and is the reason why she was able to take the Darkforce with such relative ease.

The woman had no idea as she hummed a tune and manipulated the Darkforce within her.

After a couple days of learning how to utilize the Darkforce, Lux decided to go for the Light Dimension.

Traveling towards the Light Dimension had been an…interesting experience, as traveling towards any dimension was unique. It was like gliding alongside a pathway, but the pathway was nonexistent, an incredibly strange feeling, and had no sense of direction.

It was also almost instantaneous.

And now she was in the Light dimension, and before she could even try to gain control over it, it just…submitted to her? It was like the dimension felt her and decided “Yeah, fuck that” and just gave up. Or maybe it was because of the Lightforce within her? She imagined that she was very in tune with light, so perhaps it was possible because she was quite literally the perfect person to rule over it.

Either way, she wasn’t about to complain as she felt her power rise, and gained the power to control light itself, and not just Lightforce. As the two were separate things, but seemed to boost one another, as she felt her power over light, and her power over Lightforce both strengthen beyond the normal.

With the conquest of her third dimension over and done with, Lux felt a little underwhelmed, as she looked throughout the dimension that was simply white, as in, pure absolute light, unlike the Lightforce dimension that was more golden in color.

Glancing around, Lux had an awkward expression on her face, as she couldn’t help but outwardly speak.

“So…what now?”

So Lux will be getting a few more dimensions underneath her, mainly ones that she thinks will be easy to take over, and even a couple of completely original dimensions, as I like to think that there is a LOT of dimensions never shown in the comics.

Her love interest is more than likely going to be Hela, or maybe Lady Death, or perhaps both? No idea, I’m still contemplating who to choose.
