Upon hearing her introduction, everyone who knows of the Bennetts and who Qetsiyah was, looked at her in either awe or shock. Even more so once they realized what the book in Davina’s hands was, and just how important it was.

“I-I can’t accept something like this! It’s way too important” Davina said, shaking her head as she tried to give the book back to Circe, who smiled.

“Nonsense. I’ve already learned all the spells inside, so it’s useless to me. And you can’t give it back anyways, it’s been bound to you now” Circe responded, causing Genevieve to cut in.

“Bound?”

”It means that the grimoire can no longer be utilized by anyone but myself and Davina, the second she laid her hands upon it, it became bound to her, and nobody else besides us can read or use the book. You’d have to be stronger than me to get past the enchantment, and trust me, none of you are stronger than me” Circe explained with a small smile, knowing that she was the most powerful witch in this world.

Only her ancestor Qestiyah could possibly contend with her, and MAYBE Hope Mikaelson once she is a fully realized Tribrid. The Gods were also likely stronger than her, but they were Gods, so they didn’t really count.

“I-I don’t know what to say” Davina whispered, looking down at the book in her hands, while the other witches in the room looked at her with scowls on their faces, jealous of the fact that she had what was basically a priceless artifact in her hands.

“You don’t need to say anything, Davina. It’s a gift, accept it and use it to become a better witch” Circe responded with a smile, as Davina nodded, accepting the gift with a happy smile.

“Great, then I’ll leave you to it. Oh, and Monica or whatever your name is, I’d suggest you get yourself under control, wouldn’t want to accidentally do something we’d regret, now would we?” Circe said, noticing the girl was beginning to grow angry, her magic responding to that anger.

Monique was about to retort angrily, but went silent when Genevieve gave her a look of warning.

Davina watched the interaction, trying not to grin at the interaction, as she hated Monique and Genevieve nowadays.

Moving back into the crowd, Circe found a chair and sat, sipping on a glass of wine as others gossiped about her.

“That was quite the reveal you know” A feminine voice echoed next to her, as Circe glanced at the woman, finding that it was Hayley. She was a beautiful woman, on par with Davina.

“Yes well, I like to be dramatic, and those little witches that believe themselves so powerful are annoying, so I thought it best they remember they are nothing in comparison to my family” Circe responded as she took another sip of her wine, before turning to Hayley.

“So, what is the mother of Klaus Mikaelson's child doing talking to little ole me?” Circe questioned, having a few ideas on why the woman would be talking to her.

“You’re a witch, right? And a powerful one at that?”

“Mmm, I am. I’d like to think I am the most powerful witch currently alive, but there is another woman out there that might be able to contend with me, so I’d rather not claim that. And the child in your belly would likely be able to contend with me as well” Circe responded, as Hayley blinked at the response.

“Wh-what?”

”Your child, they have the potential to be a witch. It’s only natural really, with the bloodline they are being born into” Circe responded, as she noticed Klaus and Elijah listening intently.

“I-anyways, what would I need to do to get you to help me with something a bit…sensitive?” Hayley asked, as Circe raised an eyebrow.

“Matters what it is. But if it involves that little pack of yours, I’d do it for free, under the pretense that you allow me to meet them first before I do anything” Circe responded, as she did want to meet the pack.

She was a Werewolf, an Alpha amongst Alpha’s. And if she could, she’d like to have a pack of her own.

”That…that is fine. But why help me? And why do it for something so…simple?” Hayley asked, skeptical about her actual intentions regarding the pack.

“That is for me to know and for you to find out. But trust me, I won’t do anything to the pack, Hayley. If I wanted to, you wouldn’t even be able to stop me, even with the help of those Originals your close to, the same ones that have been listening to this entire conversation” Circe said, giving the two men a wink as she turned back to Hayley.

“…Alright, fine. You can come out to the Bayou tomorrow so we can talk” Hayley replied, as Circe smiled and nodded, watching as the woman walked off.

‘…She’s a lot more attractive in person’ Circe thought with a hum, as she glanced to see Klaus walking off, causing her to chuckle.

‘Seems he’s going to grab Josh’ Circe thought, watching as he grabbed the man and dragged him to the stairs, causing Davina to shoot up from her chair and walk over to the two of them, alarmed.

“Ladies and gentlemen, can I have your attention please!” Klaus yelled out, as everyone turned to him, as he held Josh next to him with a smile on his face.

“We are gathered here today to pay homage to our beloved witches, but one very special witch has been almost entirely ignored. That seems a little unfair to me” Klaus said, as he walked down to Davina and pulled out a small box that had a ring held inside.

“No. I don’t want your gift” Davina responded, remembering all the things he had done to her in the past.

“I understand why you would reject me given our past. In truth, many of us here today have been wronged in the conflict. Which my brother's treaty ended. Your friend Josh was involved in a plot to kill me. It would be well within my right to execute him here and now” Klaus said, stepping closer to Josh as everyone looked worried for what he might do.

“But. In the spirit of solidarity, and for your favor, Davina. I hereby pardon him. Josh…from this day forward, you have nothing to fear from me” Klaus said, placing a hand on the man's shoulder before looking back at Davina, while Circe watched the entire thing silently.

“Please” Klaus said, as he held the ring box out, causing Davina to look at it before grabbing it from his hands, causing him to smile, as music began to play once more, and everyone began to return back to the party.

Circe watched as Davina opened the box, finding a daylight ring inside as well as the recipe for making them. A perfect gift for her friend Josh, and one she would actually use.

The party continued for a while longer, as Davina enjoyed the wine and food, before the sounds of drums began to echo throughout the room, and a group of black men walked in with white suits on.

“Happy Fete Des Benedictions. We have a message for all of you from Marcel Gerard” The man said, as everyone began to whisper, as they brought out knives, preparing to cut their wrists.

But before they could, Circe decided to step in.

Making a small motion with her wrist, all the knives flew from their hands, landing squarely on the table next to where she stood.

“Yeah none of that, I’d rather not have my night ruined because some man can’t handle losing” Circe said, as she flicked her wrist, all the men dropping to the floor, unconscious.

“And don’t worry, none of them are hurt. They’ll be free from Marcel’s control once they wake up” Circe added, noticing Genevieve’s worry. As she effortlessly just broke the control of a vampire that had been placed on a group of men. Not to mention the utter ease in which she had stopped them from cutting themselves.

Elijah looked at her, giving her a thankful nod, knowing that if they had cut themselves like they were, it would have caused a lot of problems, and led to the party falling apart.

With the men saved and Marcel’s plan stopped, Circe smiled, as the party began to return to normal again, one thought on her mind as she sipped on her wine again.

‘…This was fun~!’

Love interest is Davina, but I am also thinking of adding Hayley, as I’ve never done one where Hayley is actually pregnant with Hope and the Mc gets with her. Not sure if people would be interested in that though.
