Paranoia
Added 2019-11-16 04:33:25 +0000 UTCSo we played Paranoia this week!! I first played this Dystopian Sci-fi Comedy RPG in the late 80s, but it's so distinctive I never forgot it. It borrows from (and influenced) a lot, but it still looks and feels unique to me.
The rules were simple and fun. I was confused by one part of character creation, but we figured it out. Otherwise I consider the design excellent and the session a great success.
I used the Mongoose "Red Clearance Blues" which is fun to read, well-written, designed by the legendary James Wallis among other people.
I ran the adventure as written, but I wrote my own dialog for the computer. I've attached a doc with that dialog in case you are inspired.
