ARCADIA 5 Community Creations

Hey MCDM Patrons,

James Introcaso here to tell you all about the ARCADIA 5-inspired community creations floating out there on our subreddit. There are some really great makers out there in the MCDM community.

ARCADIA 5 Creations

Let’s kick it off with KlayBersk’s Siege Spire, a new vehicle inspired by Sean Andrew Murray’s cover art for the issue. Ride this massive engine of destruction or get run over!

Leon Barillaro’s “Long-Term Curses” inspired Mister_F1zz3r to create the Curse of the Oppressive Opal. A personal darkness surrounds those struck with this diabolical torment!

“Goldmonger Subclasses” by Carlos Cisco inspired several reddit creations, including KlayBersk’s the Black Opal Mine (I sense an unintentional opal theme), a new adventure location with NPC stat blocks based on Carlos’s subclasses and a mount that uses the mount rules from Willy Abeel’s articles in ARCADIA 1 and ARCADIA 4.

Community member JayPea__ created a totally new goldmonger subclass for The Illrigger. Behold the Prospector, an illrigger who signs a diabolical contract with Mammon, archdevil of gold, baby!

Finally, MCDM Art Outsource Manager and Artist Nick De Spain drew the character portraits in “Goldmonger Subclasses.” That art inspired this fun short tale, “A Story of Gold,” by community member TavernStories_Untold.

Other Creations

We want to show off some other awesome community creations from the MCCM subreddit that are related to older issues of ARCADIA or not at all to the magazine. Here’s some fun ones:

• A map of Aendrim, a duchy in Matt’s world of Orden, from mcclappurhandz
• A new magic item, the moon sickle, from Goldilust
