Chapter 14 [Vault]

Title - Beatrix: The Energy System

I died, not really sure how, when, or why, but I did. One moment I was watching Winx Saga for the dozenth time, and the next I was in a never-ending void of quite literally nothing. No light, no sound, no gravity, nothing, just…nothing. It might be some sort of personal hell made for me, but whatever it is, I sure as hell don’t like it.

I had been in this void for…who knows how long, before eventually, a light caught my attention, as a screen blinked into my vision.

[Energy System has awoken!]

| Functions of the system are the following |

Status - A status screen that keeps track of all the user's important data, such as their age, species, gender, current universe, current energies, etc.

Multiverse Travel - Allows the user to travel the multiverse, only usable once a year has passed. Others can come with the user. The user can go to and from previously traveled universes. Time slows when not in that universe so that only a maximum of one year will pass.

Energy Wheel - A wheel that decides the user's next energy they can gain access to. Can only be used once per year, from the starter pack, by defeating a powerful foe, or by completing difficult quests. The user cannot gain access to incredibly powerful forces, such as the power cosmic until the user is stronger. Once the user gains energy, if that energy has offshoot abilities that are usually given to all the users of the energy (such as a semblance) then the user will receive their own. These energies can also be new energies, not previously known to the user, or anyone else. Due to the uniqueness of the user, many of these energies will not have the original limits they would have had otherwise, granting the user functionally infinite potential. In order to roll the wheel, this uses EW Tickets, which is obtained via the previously mentioned ways.

Quests - A function of the system that gives the user tasks, which after completion, give rewards in line with the system, and the task completed. These tasks are completely optional, and there is no negative effects from not taking/failing the quest, besides what would naturally have happened. Quests are rather rare.

Music - A section that gives the user access to all music from their previous life, every single album, all for free. No one else can hear this music unless the user wishes otherwise.

The choices were not that difficult, as I knew each of the shows pretty well, but there was one I wanted to go to more, primarily due to it probably being the safest of the group. “Fate: Winx Saga” I said, causing the screen to blink into something new.

‘Wait what?!’ I thought, before I could even react anything beyond that, everything went dark, as I felt a pulling sensation.

Within a decently sized bed, lay an attractive 5’4 auburn-haired teen. The teen slowly began to stir and move, as her eyes began to flutter open, and a soft groan escaped her lips.

‘I did not enjoy that’ The girl thought, as she began to sit up, glancing over her figure. She noted the difference in size, and her figure as well. She was more toned and athletic now, with toned abs, that wasn’t a six pack or anything, but was toned none the less. She also noticed the difference in cup size, being smaller than in her past life.

‘Well…I can’t say I mind this’ The girl thought with a hum, quite liking her new figure. Blinking, the girl watched as a panel flickered in front of her.

“Yes please” She said out loud, noting her new voice, and her new London accent/accent in general.

Aura [RWBY] - The energy of the universe of RWBY. Aura is the very manifestation of the soul, the stronger the soul, the stronger the aura. The user's aura’s color is based on their soul. Aura has many uses, ranging from imbuing it into attacks and weapons in order to strengthen them, Healing others, extrasensory perception, and more. The user's aura is currently stronger than even that of Jaune Arc, due to their existence as a being with two souls fused together.

Through a bit of training, the user will be able to passively cloak themselves in aura. The user's aura is different than that of individuals in canon RWVY, due to the system. Aura when activated around the user, will passively multiply the user's strength by 2x when active, this multiplier will increase with training, and after the user's soul becomes even stronger.

Once the user has trained in aura enough, the user will be able to unlock and use their semblance. Due to the user's comprehension and learning speeds, this will happen quickly.

Due to the user having magic, the user's aura is stronger than normal and has the passive ability to give off the user element, which is Air (primarily lightning/electricity).

[Assimilating Aura]

Blinking, the teen’s eyes widened as she felt power flood her. It wasn’t insanely big, but she let out a sigh of contentment as she felt as if something within her was unlocked. A soft black and dark blue glow surrounded her, her aura glowing with power, before slowly dissipating.

‘Well that felt amazing’ The teen thought with a small grin, having quite liked the power she was just given.

‘System, show me my status’ The teen thought, deciding to see who exactly she was now, and where exactly she was.

‘Bloody Hell’ The teen now known as Beatrix thought, realizing who she was. She couldn’t think much on it, sadly, as she felt a sharp pain in her head, as knowledge began to slowly flood into her, knowledge of…herself?

She saw how she lost her entire family due to the whole Blood Witch fiasco, how she was taken in by Andreas, and how he was actually a half-decent father, besides his blind loyalty to Rosalind. She saw how the girl trained in her magic, and became decent in the usage of electricity. She saw all of it, including the little plan old her had, to get Rosalind out. The second she saw said plan, she denied the idea, not really wanting to let that woman out, knowing how questionable she was.

‘Yeah I am not doing that’ Beatrix thought with a snort. With the memory assimilation completely over, Beatrix hummed. ‘So it’s my first day, huh? Perhaps I can become friends with the Winx Club? Especially Bloom~’ Beatrix thought, grinning slightly.

She found Bloom to be…very attractive, and considering this was an AU, she was sure her personality would be slightly different as well.

‘What exactly are the AU differences, system?’ Beatrix asked.

[AU Differences]

Bloom's adoptive parents are emotionally abusive and neglectful, not really caring for what their daughter wants, only caring about what they want for her. They never physically got violent, but they would regularly talk down to her, yell at her, and call her all sorts of names. This has caused the girl to be quiet around most people, with only her dorm mates hearing her talk more.

Beatrix is a year older, making you the same age as Bloom, instead of younger. The user is also in the same year as the fellow teen.

‘That’s rather underwhelming…but that difference in Bloom is… aggravating, to say the least’ Beatrix thought with a frown marring her beautiful face. She thought Bloom deserved better in the show, and wished the girl had better writing, but the fact that she had terrible parents in this life, pissed her off to no end.

‘Hmm, looks like that party is in an hour or so…what to do until then…perhaps training my aura? Yeah I guess that’d be for the best’ Beatrix thought with a hum, knowing that there was that party thing in an hour or so, and that’s when she’d be able to meet Bloom and co for the first time.

‘Time to train, I guess’

That’s the first chapter complete! This fic is surprisingly not the easiest to write, but I’ll try my best. As you can tell, Bloom is going to be one of her love interests. There will be at least 2 others, potentially more, from around the multiverse.

I got this idea randomly and decided to write it for fun, as Beatrix is like the hottest character in Fate: Winx Saga, and she deserved better than what she got in the show. Too bad it was cancelled (damn Netflix and cancelling all their good/decent shows).
