What caused such a happy reaction from Gwen? Well…the rewards she got were…good to say the least.

Toxin | Symbiote - Marvel Earth 616

A powerful symbiote that is born from Carnage. Stronger than both Venom and Carnage combined. This symbiote does not have sentience, and is automatically bonded to the user. Only the user may make use of this symbiote. Improves all of the users physical capabilities, drastically, as in, improves the users physical strength so that they can lift roughly 80-100 tons. Also has all the natural abilities of Carnage and Venom, but to a higher extent.

Marc Spector | Moon Knight - Marvel Earth 616

The fist, and high priest of the moon god, Khonshu. Improves all of the users natural capabilities, and increases the users strength further at night, when under the moon. Is now the divine champion of Khonshu himself, who does not technically exist in this universe. Should the user travel to Marvel, Khonshu will still allow you to remain as his champion. The user also does not need to breathe any longer, and is functionally immortal. Also includes the mans impressive martial art knowledge, telepathic resistance, and his other helpful knowledge.

Steve Rogers | Captain America - Marvel Earth 616

The Star Bangled man himself, and one of the greatest heroes to America, within the Marvel universe. Includes his superhuman physical capabilities, master martial art knowledge, masterful skill in tactics and strategy, as well as all other important/helpful knowledge. Sadly does not include his oh so special shield.

Peter Parker | Spiderman - Marvel Earth 616

The man himself, the original Spiderman, and the one everyone knows and loves. One of the smartest individuals in the Marvel universe, and a master martial artist. Includes all of his helpful knowledge, his natural spiderman capabilities, and every other natural ability he has, that is helpful. His spider sense combines with the users, to improve it even further.

Miles Morales | Spiderman - Marvel Earth 1610

The spiderman from Earth 1610, that had been trapped in the Earth 616 universe. Includes his bio-electric abilities (venom blast, venom beam, venom punch, etc), and all his other natural abilities and knowledge. His spidersense combines with the users, increasing it even more, this also includes the radar sense part of his spidersense, that he has developed, that allows him to see through solid matter, to be aware of potential threats.

Richard Drakunovski | Richard Dragon - DC Prime Earth

One of the best martial artists in the DC universe, on par with the likes of Lady Shiva, Batman, and several others. Includes his knowledge on martial arts, meditation, philosophy, and all other helpful/important knowledge.

Dick Grayson | Nightwing - DC Prime Earth

The best of the Robins, in terms of Martial arts, and a master martial artist in his own right. Not as good as the likes of Lady Shiva and Batman, Dick Grayson is still amongst the best in the DC universe. Includes his knowledge on martial arts, hacking, forensic science, and all other helpful/important knowledge.

Connor Hawke | Green Arrow - DC Prime Earth

The son of Oliver Queen, and another bearer of the Green Arrow name. One of the best martial artists in the entirety of the DC universe. Includes his masterful knowledge on martial arts, archery, and all his other natural abilities and knowledge.

Selena Kyle | Catwoman - DC Prime Earth

The best cat burglar in Gotham, and a skilled thief. Includes her knowledge on seduction, stealth, stealing, martial arts, and all other helpful/important knowledge.

Baki Hanma | Baki

The son of Yuujirou Hanma himself. Baki is a master at martial arts, and has knowledge of many different, and dangerous techniques. The most dangerous of them all, being the Demon Back/Face, due to it’s ability to boost ALL of the users physical capabilities by many times, when activated it also boosts the users durability. Includes his knowledge on martial arts, be it techniques or otherwise, as well as the Hanma Bloodline, which may have an affect on the users physique.

Reading over the characters she got, Gwen had a wide grin on her face, happy with the rewards she got. ‘All of that fighting was…totally worth it’ Gwen thought, as she just got a huge power increase. Namely due to the symbiote, the two spidermen, and Baki Hanma. She had no idea what effect the Hanma bloodline would have on her, but she was weirdly excited to find out.

Breathing in, she pressed on [Y] and the second she did, everything went dark, as she collapsed back into her bed, falling unconscious the second she did, her body, and mind, not having the capabilities to handle the sheer amount of knowledge, and new power that would be flooding into it.

Roughly an hour later, Alfred walked into the room, wondering where Gwen was, as usually she would have left her room by now. Only for his eyes to widen at the sight of an unconscious Gwen, coated in sweat, and seemingly writhing in pain “Miss Gwen!” He yelled out, as he rushed to the girl.

Trying to shake her awake, he realized that wouldn’t work, and Bruce was out dealing with a League problem, some battle with a guy wanting to block out the sun, or something like that. The old man was forced to simply wait until Bruce was finished with that, and then call him.

Hours later, after Bruce and the League had delt with the emergency situation, and the Cadmus situation, the man and his protege had Zeta-tubed back to the batcave.

The second the two had walked out, Alfred had come running “Master Bruce!” Hearing the serious tone of Alfred, Bruce turned as he took his cowl off. “Alfred, what’s wrong?” Dick asked, as he took his mask off.

“Something is wrong with Young Miss Gwen” Alfred said, causing to two to turn to eachother, before following after the worried butler.

The two walked after Aflred, before eventually making it all the way to Gwen’s room. Their eyes widened at the amount of sweat trickling off the girl, and the way she was still writhing as if in pain. She had also noticably changed a bit, growing a bit taller, probably 5’9 ish, maybe 5’10.

Bruce walked to her side, and began to look her over with a frown on his face “What happened?”

“I do not know. I had found her like this, after she didn’t come out for lunch, like she usually does. She’s been like this for over 4 hours now” Alfred said, looking at Gwen with a worried frown on his face.

“Let’s get her to the batcave” Bruce said, remaining calm about the situation. He had lifted the girl with relative ease, and began to walk with her in a princess carry.

“Wouldn’t it be better to bring her to the League?” Dick asked, knowing that the League’s headquarters probably has even better tech then here, not to mention the different members that could help.

Bruce went silent at this, before responding “If I cannot find what’s wrong with what we have here, then I will bring her to the League’s headquarters” Dick frowned but nodded.

Down inside the batcave, Bruce set her on a table, as he began to bring out all sorts of medical equipment, primarily ones to test vitals, and other similar things.

“Her heartrate is high, very high, even for her” Bruce muttered, as he began to look her over even more, his frown deepening the more he looked at the different test results.

“Master Bruce, I have to agree with Young Master Dick, I believe it would be best to bring her to the League’s headquarters” Alfred said, placing a comforting hand on Bruce’s shoulder, the man was obviously worried for his daughter, even if he was trying to hide it.

“Not until I am done with these tes-” Bruce was cut off as electricity sparked off of Gwen, hitting her surroundings, which included the technology nearby, and the testing equipment.

“Still think you shouldn’t bring her to the league?” Dick said with sarcasm lacing his tone, but also worry. Bruce frowned as he watched the electricity still sparkle off her form, before breathing in “Fine, let me make a call. I don’t think I can carry her myself” He said, having a feeling that electricity wouldn’t feel good.

Grabbing his phone, he walked over to a corner, and dialed a number. A masculine voice spoke up on the other end “Bruce? Something wrong?”

“Clark, it’s Gwen, something…is happening to her, and I need your help to bring her to the tower” Bruce said, Clarke went silent for a moment, before replying “I’ll be there in a second” before ending the call.

The second he said that, Bruce heard a faint boom, before Clarke, aka Superman, flew into the cave. “Where is sh-oh” He stopped his question, when he noticed the electricity sparking off her form.

“Does the rest of the league know?” Superman asked, as he moved closer to Gwen’s sparking form. “No, but they will soon” Bruce said, as Superman lifted the girl, he ignored the electricity hitting him, as it didn’t hurt, not very much at least.

“Alright, let’s go” Superman said, as he walked towards the Zeta-tube, Gwen in hand. Bruce nodded, before slipping his cowl back on “Stay here, I’ll give you updates on the situation as it happens” Bruce said to Dick, before walking to the Zeta-tube, as the two walked in, and disappeared in a flash.

“Don’t worry Young master, your sister will be fine” Alfred said.

“I know, it’s just hard not to worry” Dick replied.

“Let’s get upstairs, shall we?” Alfred said, causing Dick to glance at the Zeta-tube one more time, before nodding and following after the butler.

That’s the end of the chapter!

I realized that with the rolls I got, and the amount, the effect it would have on Gwen…would be a bit bigger than before. Thus, I thought, why not have some drama thrown in? Of course, they will never ever find out about the system, but they will start to notice the massive changes Gwen undergoes. This was an inevitability, as she can’t exactly hide electricity literally sparkling off of her.

And yes, I did legitimately get those ten from my spins, I’ve got a wheel of 40, and got those ten, lol. Not sure how strong Baki actually is, but I think he’s street level…probably. Yuujirou probably isn’t so I didn’t put him in the wheel, he’ll be in the next evolution for the system, though.

Would y’all want Gwen to get some of the items of the characters she get’s the powers of, too? Like Cap’s shield? I was tempted, but I wanna know how y’all feel first. As the idea of a super OP Gwen Stacy, running around with Cap’s shield, is pretty cool sounding…to me at least.
