Chapter 81 [Vault]

Time had flickered on by since Ghidorah had been transmigrated into this new world, and she hadn’t done a lot. The first thing she did do, was find the nearest town,  which was a small town with less than 500 residents, enough that she was able to interact with them and not gaining too much questioning. 

She had stayed in the town for roughly a month, fishing and hunting and trading for supplies, while living in the woods with a surprising amount of comfort. But eventually, staying in her human form became intolerable, enough that she decided to move somewhere more…her style.

The Ocean was her new home, one that she had stayed in since that time. She had been in the deepest depths of the oceans, feeding off fishes and other marine life as she lived comfortably with little difficulty. From living there, she surprisingly ended up completing a few quests, ones that were classified as “Hidden Quests”

[Hidden Quest - Consume 10,000 living beings, no matter if they are human, animal, or whatever else. Rewards for completion - 1 Ticket]

[Hidden Quest - Live within the deepest depths of the Oceans for 6 months. Rewards for completion - 2 Tickets]

[Hidden Quest - Stay hidden from the eyes of the Governments of the world for 6 months. Rewards for completion - 2 tickets]

With those rewards, she ended up using them, and underwent some rather…interesting evolutions, gaining new species and new power in return. Leaving her current status different than before.

Thanks to this new power, she was officially one of the stronger characters in the MCU. Her new power came with some…side effects, though. Primarily new and powerful instincts, and an onset of emotion. She wasn’t sure when it happened, but she began to get influenced ever so slightly from the kaiju. Most notably the Godzilla and Ghidorah ones. 

She was already rather…moody at times, but now she had a rather…arrogance to her, that only a King would have, a King like Godzilla or the original Ghidorah. 

She was a little annoyed with the changes, but understood that she couldn’t do much to change it, so, she simply focused on living her life, knowing it was only a matter of time before MCU bullshit occured and she was pulled into the events of the Avengers. She was sure that SHIELD somewhat knew of her existence, solely because she came out of the Oceans every couple of weeks to have some human food, which involved stealing from some people to get some human food. 

What SHIELD could even do to her was…not really anything. It’d take a Nuclear weapon to even make her flinch, and even that would only make her stronger in the end. 

She more so believed in the possibility of Fury attempting to recruit her into the Avengers, solely because of her power. Whether or not she joined was something she wasn’t entirely certain of. She found the idea of potentially getting an infinity stone to be appealing (not to mention the idea of finding herself a proper mate as she dubbed them), but the politics and annoying individuals that would come along, could make that less appealing. 

She planned on leaving the world eventually, mostly so she could claim the Power Stone for herself. She also had ideas regarding Ego’s weird seed thingy that was still on the planet and plenty of other power opportunities. After all, she was more than likely going to travel existence in the future, so it was only reasonable that she gathered all the power she possibly could. 

At the moment she was sleeping comfortably in the deepest depths of the Atlantic Ocean, near Florida, the pressure of the deepest parts of the Ocean being nothing more than a dull feeling against her scales as her form laid against the ground. 

Her form was larger than the canon Ghidorah, with a height of roughly 200 meters (656ft) and a huge wingspan. Her entire form weights hundreds of thousands of tons, and her form had more strength than any character shown in the MCU, except perhaps Thor. 

Slowly her three heads shuffled in their sleep, as their eyes began to crack open, a soft huff escaping her lips as the three heads began to slowly lift off the ground. 

‘Mmmhm, good nap’ Ghidorah thought, inwardly sighing as her form began to stretch as it slowly stood on the Ocean floors. 

‘A good human dinner sounds good right now, perhaps that place in Miami? They had delicious steak’ Ghidorah thought before her large heads nodded as she decided that sounded nice. Slowly her form began to glow ever so slightly as it began to warp and change into something new. 

What was previously a large three-headed dragon-like creature, was now a large dark reptilian one. 

An ability she found out about a couple of months ago, and one she took advantage of thoroughly for when she wanted to quickly travel the seas, as her Godzilla form was quite a bit faster. She also found that each form had different sizes, and that depending on which form she took before returning to her human form, her human forms eye color would change slightly. Her eyes were normally a powerful color, almost golden. While her Godzilla’s was a gleaming blue, as blue as the scales he used to have before gaining his pink ones. 

Swimming through the sea at a rapid pace, Ghidorah soon reached the beaches of Miami, as her form glowed and became smaller and smaller, as she stepped out of the Ocean nonchalantly, clothing forming around her, drying instantly as her body gave off a soft wave of heat. 

‘Which one should I get this time? That A5 wagyu sounds delicious, but with how often humans lie…who knows if that’s what it truly is’ Ghidorah thought, knowing the nature of humans. She was human in her past life, sure, but her new life was…changing her. The influence of being a Kaiju, and a King, was warping her views on humans and their…importance. 

Walking through the streets of Miami, she ignored the glances she was getting due to her height and unique eyes, and instead snatched the nearby wallets with ease, before eventually walking towards her favorite restaurant in the area. 

Walking through the entrance door, she was met by the same man as always “Ah, Miss Dorah! I see you’ve returned, are you going to have our Wagyu tonight?”

“I believe I will, it sounds…delicious” Ghidorah replied with a grin, as the man nodded with a smile, before leading her to her usual seat, one that she sat at regularly. 

As she sat and waited to order, she inwardly scowled in annoyance. 

‘Annoying worms… it seems SHIELD has finally decided to approach me’ Ghidorah thought, annoyed as she felt the gazes on her from other diners. But what really caused this reaction, was the attractive redhead who walked over to her table, wearing high-dining waitress attire. 

“Are you ready to order?” The redhead asked as Ghidorah glanced at her. 

‘Natasha Romanoff…she’s much more attractive in person’ Ghidorah thought, as she gazed at the one and only Natasha Romanoff, aka the black widow. 

“Ah yes, I’ll have the a5 wagyu steak, please” Ghidorah responded, expertly hiding her reaction. 

“Anything else?” The “Waitress” asked, causing Ghidorah to shake her head. 

“Alright then, I’ll be back soon!” She said before walking off, but not before noticeably swaying her hips. 

‘Hmm, seems they’ve realized my attraction towards women. I suppose it was obvious with the way I looked at her’ Ghidorah thought, not all that bothered by the seduction attempts. The woman was attractive, sure, but she wasn’t going to get with someone who would potentially manipulate her for SHIELD (or try to). 

‘Seems even the Bald pirates favorite is here’ Ghidorah noted, noticing another woman who was at the bar, noticeably staring her down and trying to show off more of her cleavage. 

‘They’re really pulling out all the stops, with even Maria Hill being alongside Natasha’ Ghidorah thought with an unimpressed glance, as she sipped on her water. 

As she noticed Natasha as she walked back to her table, Ghidorah inwardly smirked as she thought. 

‘Let’s see how long it takes for the bald man himself to appear, and perhaps I’ll see what the little humans truly want. And if they’re too annoying then…A King will have to show them their places’

Who should Ghidorah’s love interest (or interests?) be? 

I was thinking of Wanda, but I’m not sure who else could be interesting, should I put her with multiple people. 

Natasha wouldn’t be a bad option, as I could have Ghidorah show her just what sort of organization she’s working for. Idk though. I even had the thought of adding comic characters into this, and putting her with someone like Jean Grey, as she’d be pretty worthy of a King. Idk though, give me your thoughts!

I think I might be updating the Bonnie Bennett one next, or this one, idk. I kinda want to start making new vault chapters for other worlds, like GOT, Star Wars, Cyberpunk, Anime Worlds, and TWD. 

One thought I had was making an entirely OC love interest that will reincarnate WITH the MC. As in the MC and her wife reincarnate into a new world (I was thinking Walking Dead) and that way I can make them however I want, and develop them that way? Weirdly enough I got the idea after watching Zoe Saldana in Lioness…not sure why lol. 

Would vault chapters like that be at all interesting? As in others reincarnating with the MC (Only their lover or children?)

Tell me what y’all think of the ideas I’ve got.
