I’ve died. I don’t know how, when, or why, but I have. One moment I was watching a deep dive video on Warhammer 40k lore, and the next I was in this…place. A neverending void of darkness, with no light or figures, except myself. 

Perhaps this is hell? It wouldn’t be the worst of hells I could be placed within. And sure, I’m a lesbian woman with an attraction to various fictional women, but this…might be a bit much, even for me.

As the woman thought this, she watched as a glowing wheel formed in front of her. Gazing at it, she blinked for a few moments, before grabbing it, and spinning as hard as possible, watching as words spun on by, before eventually stopping.

Reading the characters she had gotten, a wide smile formed on her face. The power she was given from these 10 was…immense, incredibly immense. But, she also knew that if the system was giving her so much power, there was a good chance she was being sent to a world with equally, if not more powerful foes. 

“Female for the gender” She said, before she began to imagine the appearance she wanted. Something immensely beautiful, feminine and yet tomboyish as she was in her past life, seductive, and Powerful.

Long blonde hair, practically glowing blue eyes, rippling muscle over her entire form, scars that she had from her past life still present upon her face, overall combining to make an…incredibly powerful form. 

“I’m done now” She spoke with a smile, as a new group of words formed in front of her.

‘Huh…not a bad na-’ Victoria couldn’t think about her new name, as everything went dark, and she felt a powerful pulling sensation.

A soft groan sounded out through a large opening, a powerful figure slowly began to move, as the clothes that covered her body, moved ever so slightly. 

Slowly her eyes began to open, as Victoria began to slowly sit up. Revealing her powerful eyes that glowed ever so softly, and the tight clothing that showed off her powerful muscles. 

Getting to her feet, she ignored the way her shirt moved slightly, revealing her powerful arms to the world for a small moment, before being covered once more. 

‘Seems the memories were assimilated while I was unconscious’ Victoria thought as she felt the force running through her, the overwhelming power just…waiting to be used. She could feel the life force of the planet she was on, and the lack of any other sentient life, besides her. 

“Hmm, it looks like that system put me on an uninhabited planet” Victoria noted, as she also looked over her form. Happy with the form she had now, and it being exactly as she wished. 

[Now that you have successfully reincarnated. This will be a one-time notification on the powers you have been given!]

[Immunity to all forms of mind control, mind dominance, mind reading, mind scanning, etc]

[Immunity to all power copying, sealing, stealing, absorption, or anything similar]

[The main power the user has been given, is the ability to summon Kingdoms, Empires, Armies, Factions, etc twice per year. These summons are completely and utterly subservient to the user, and cannot betray them. They are also immune to mind reading, control, scanning, etc. Should a member of these armies/summons die, they may be reborn a few days later, upon the homeworld, aka the one you are currently on]

[The group you are given is random, but you are given a list of 3 to choose from. After getting one army/faction from a universe, you may optionally choose another faction from that universe, without the randomization factor. This does not apply to certain stronger universes]

[Taking into account the age of your previous life, you currently have a total of 50 summons. All summons, in the case of Empires, Kingdoms, etc, that span an entire world, come with their homeworld, which will be placed in a nearby solar system. The user can teleport to these planets at will, as well as all other planets under their rule, and bring others with them]

[The users planets, and the galaxy they are within, will be hidden and under the protection of the system for the next two years, so that the user can establish a proper foothold of power. As otherwise, there is a high likelihood of invasion before being able to properly grow. The users galaxy is immensely large, slightly larger than IC 1101, which was 2000 times the size of the Milky Way. The users present galaxy is roughly 2250 times larger than the Milky Way, and roughly the same amount larger than the Star Wars Galaxy]

Victoria smiled at the knowledge, at the power she had been given, and it’s potential. 

Looking around at her new planet, she smiled ‘Let’s summon some cute new subjects’ Victoria thought, deciding to get some new subjects in order to make a proper home on the planet. 

Closing her eyes, she activated the power, as three different options glowed in her vision.

‘Hmm, there’s only truly one option in this situation. The Na’vi are…interesting, but quite weak. The COG are…pretty weak too, with little technology of note. The UNSC are much larger, have giant ships that are (in the case of the largest) over 18,000 feet long, which is over 3 miles! Way bigger than anything the other two have’ Vicoria thought, as she lifted her finger, and pressed on the UNSC.

As she read this, a soft gasp escaped her lips as she felt a…sensation, a powerful one. She could feel as a Planet was…summoned? Grown? She wasn’t sure what the sensation was, but it was powerful. She could feel billions of lives be born, and she could feel the pull. 

Without hesitation, she teleported off.

Reappearing with a soft pop, Victoria smile widened as she took in the sight of her beloved subjects, her new subjects, and their homebase, HIGHCOM Facility Bravo-6, in Sydney, Australia. 

“”It is an honor to finally meet you, Empress Victoria!”” Dozens of voices sounded out, but most notably, the UNSC High Command, the leaders of the UNSC, and the most important individuals within the group. 

A soft smile formed on her face “It is nice to meet you all as well” Victoria said, gazing at them. Noticing a certain Spartan standing in the back. 

“Do you all understand the situation?”

“Yes. We are now within an unknown and unexplored Galaxy. With no other sentient beings besides us. We have two years to properly take control of this galaxy, and build up our power. And you will be summoning more brethren to join this Empire” One of the members of the High Command said, causing Victoria to smile and nod. 

“That is correct. Now that you are within this universe, you no longer need to worry about Wars with the Covenant or any other alien species, for the next two years. You will no longer be alone, my beloved subjects” Victoria softly said, causing them to all smile happily. 

They had been at what felt like constant war for the past 30 years or so. So to now know that War would be far less common, and they’d have FAR more allies to fight with, was…great news to them. 

“I plan on summoning more allies to join my Empire. Should they be of a higher technological level than you, I expect you and them to work together in order to improve your technology to a certain standard. All future summons will be expected to do this. Do you understand?” Victoria asked, looking them over. 

“Of course, your grace. We were going to aid our future brethren either way. Whether or not they are as technologically advanced as we are, would do little to change that. And if they are superior to us in that aspect, then it will give us another reason to work together with them” 

“Good! I shall be off to summon you more brethren” Victoria said, as they all waved her off, as she teleported back to what she decided would be the homeworld of her Empire. 

Activating her ability once more, she smiled.

‘This certainly isn’t a hard choice to make’ Victoria thought with a deadpan, as she chose Vanguard with no hesitation. 

Just as she did, she felt yet another powerful sensation, as millions of lives were summoned…born? And it began to fuse with the UNSC Earth, making one, larger Earth. The Last City, and the Tower, glowed into form within Chile, where South America was. 

Similarly to that, several bunkers were formed, where the remains of Rasputin were. Said AI would be strengthened over time, that was for sure. The war Sats of the A.I would also be repaired, strengthened, and spread throughout her planets, being used as a powerful defensive weapon against any who dared invade in the future.

‘Let’s do even more!’ She decided, wanting to get at least 5 groups in total, for a start

‘Well that’s an easy choice’ Victoria thought with an amused chuckle, before pressing Viltrum Empire. 

Yet again she felt the summoning of a planet take place, within a nearby solar system. She could feel roughly 1,000,000 lives be created and connected to her, and she could feel the power that hummed beneath her new summons skins.

‘Yet again, an obvious choice. Skynet shall be an excellent addition, with them not being able to deny my rule, after all. Not to mention the fact that they will rapidly grow stronger with aid from my other groups’ Victoria thought as she pressed on Skynet. 

She could feel Earth beginning to change slightly, new locations appearing, and the Skynet beginning to spread. Its power now being added to the mighty forces of Earth, and her growing empire. 

‘As for the last summon…there is only one true choice for this’ Victoria thought with a wide grin, as she looked at the notification changed.

As she chose this, Victoria let out a soft gasp as she felt being after being begin to get summoned, over 1 trillion of them. She could feel their connection to her, and their home planet, the Leviathan, and the Almighty glow into reality.

“God this system is truly incredible” Victoria muttered in genuine awe, knowing her budding Empire just got a massive increase in power. The fact that she could just summon them so casually was incredible, but she assumed it was due to whatever universe she was in, being immensely powerful. ‘

Victoria gazed into the skies above, before smiling as she spoke. 

“Now…let’s go meet the rest of my new subjects”

That’s the end of the chapter!

This is an older vault fic, so it’s not the best. The mc is pretty op, but the universe she is in is incredibly powerful, so it’s nothing in the grand scheme of things. 

This is basically the Diana: Wonder Queen fic, but older and not as good (in my opinion). 

Doubt this one will get updated again, but I thought “Why not post this, since it’s just sitting here?” And boom, here it is.
