You choose the seafood they put inside (crab, mussels, crawfish, shrimp) and you can usually add corn, red potatoes, sausage, boiled eggs and a side of rice. They cook the whole thing in a special sauce and it's amazing. Hopefully you guys can check it out one day. And yeah they just put it on the table like that, I think that's how they eat it in the south.
