Elvenfoundry Devlog - Elvenfoundry Dungeon Update 5

New update for Elvenfoundry Dungeon, adding more basic features. Let's take a look at what's new:
- Added new natural interactions, like the one already existing for walls. She can now interact with sofas and beds. She will react differently depending on if she is facing the furniture or not. You can make her lean, or sit and then lay on the surface to have sex with a frontal view of the goodies.
- She is no longer naked, at least until you put your hands on her, because she will be wearing some casual home outfit you can interact with. She will be wearing a loose and way too short top, with realistic clothing physics. Did I mention you can rip it off? She will try to cover herself if you do so.
- She will also wear tight panties, that will be even tighter when you pull a wedgie on her. Same as the top, pull tight from the front and she will end up naked. Try pulling the panties and then releasing them, so she gets a slap!
- Breast physics have also been reworked, they are now more soft and bouncy when you pound her.
- The recalibration button now opens a game menu, from where you can recalibrate, restart the scene, and change some settings such as: Turning mode (snap or smooth), turning speed and comfort settings.
- Some other minor fixes, environment changes, better lights.
Some of the new features are still a bit rough and need polishing, improvements will be made over time. Next, I will add some better animations for grabbing her body and the kissing reactions that were voted in the poll. I wanted to add kissing for this update but honestly I did not have enough time.

It's a bit rough since I'm changing physics a lot every update and that can make some things need to be adjusted but should be able to force her into any pose. I'll look into it. Oral is not implemented yet, but I'm working on it. Ragdolling and modifying pose will be themes of other floors, it will be cooler than the basic pose changing from older builds :)

2023-11-27 09:47:57 +0000 UTCI experienced this as well. Could not remove top, couldn't use bed, could only force her to the floor belly down, no other positions. Couldn't get her to stay rocked back on the couch in missionary, never got the walls to work, And no Oral? If so, I couldn't get that to work. But the mechanics or just what has been needed. Easy to use but sophisticated enough to act as though she's real. Good work! Keep it up. I'll be a big fan! As for the actual change, the biggest thing would be 1 or both of the following. Ragdoll type mode that doesn't try so hard to work back to default position. And/or some ability to pin key points to a gravity snap point, I forget what they're called. But I wouldn't mind her trying to maintain some default pose, but after I've set that pose, just a thought though. And I'm sure it's much easier said than done. But I have faith you'll make the mechanics great either esy. Thanks!

2023-11-27 01:52:23 +0000 UTCMiss to ability to pose. Seems like there are now three established positions. Had trouble getting her on the ground. Had to grab her and then decrease height all the way to the ground which dragged her down sometimes. Could not shove her down. Also had a weird reaction to lying down or kneeling and leaning back once on the floor. Seemed like PC slid around or magnetically repelled away from elf. Elf also slipped off of bed when I tried to place her there. Could not remove top.

2023-11-25 21:26:53 +0000 UTCMaking predictions for when is kinda hard, because it's very easy to underestimate how much time some features can take to finish, and delays stack very quicky, even professional studios struggle with that. But I can give you a bit of a rough roadmap of what I have in mind. I want to first end all basic features including base sex. Improve what we already have, and add some more QoL features, like being able to lock the animation, so the penis doesn't slip out accidentally. Also, add a mode to be able to move the pelvis of the character with a tracker or other controller attached to your IRL pelvis. Maybe then add Lovense support. In the meantime, I'm also continuing development of the base game. I will make it more casual, so we can have more levels and stuff to unlock. Making it more lineal. And add shared savegames between Elvenfoundry and Elvenfoundry Dungeon. At that time, Elvenfoundry Dungeon should already be in good shape and quite polished, then I will start adding new characters and floors with different sex-related themes and activities, and make improvements on CPU performance for the physics aspects of the characters, so we can have at least 3 at the same time interacting with the MC.

2023-11-25 14:30:09 +0000 UTCMost of the progression will be in the Elvenfoundry base game, that will share save file with Elvenfoundry Dungeon, with a factory simulation gameplay where you will research and complete tasks to unlock more elves, floors, and fun stuff to do. For the sex itself I want to keep it feeling natural, so I won't add artificial barriers, like touch the nipples 3 times before she can cum and stuff like that. I do want to add some "progression" on how she acts during sex, so she can be, for example, laying in bed, but changes poses and facial expressions depending on where you touch, how fast you go, or how aroused is she. For sex "minigames" I want to play around with the clothing. Each clothing will be removed differently and I want elves to be dressed according to the theme of the floor they are in. That's why in the bedrooms floor, they will be dressed with this casual clothes they have in update 5.

A lot of NSFW games only let you simply "watch" the scenes, there's no gameplay in them, no challenge to overcome for the player. They don't treat sex scenes as means to progress in the game world. Examples of good "gamification" I'm talking about is turning sex scenes into minigames; having to touch different parts of the body to make the girl climax in order to unlock other floors; or simply lasting a certain amount of minutes for unlocking other floors
