She used to be a p*rnstar with the biggest tits in Moonvale. Having had done several enhancements done to herself.

But, the proliferation of body enhancement surgeries, gene therapy, mutagens, and even magical potions made her bust size quickly common. Having magically enhanced back muscles and surgically reinforced spine she could carry far more than what she sported then.

She wanted more. She wanted to be the reigning big tit queen of Moonvale and the world.

She heard of rumors of a wishing well unearthed on top of a hill in a park in the city. Within the well resided a genie which would grant wishes to those who threw in something of value.

She trekked to the hilltop on the edge of the park and made her wish. In exchange, she dropped in her biggest bra that she could wear and wished; "Bigger boobs, please!".

The next day she woke up with, you guessed it, bigger boobs. Biggest in the world but she was not satisfied. She wanted more.  "Why?", you ask. "Just to be sure".

She made another trek over the hill, at midnight when the scant few college students have had their treks to the well on top of the hill completed. Her mind was filled with fantasies and ideas upon ideas of bigger breasts and what luxuries it will bring her. She will be worshipped like a goddess while women will hide their faces and avert their gaze in tearful envy.

She stood by the well and dropped her coin with another bigger custom 3D printed bra, she had bought that afternoon with her new sizing. Her head was filled with only one word. It filled the entirety of her mind.

She opened her mouth and whispered her wish. "More.", she whispered, staring intently in the well's reflection of the full moon. "More boobs.", she completed her sentence as if in a trance. A soft chuckle echoed out of the well.

As the gawkers used to whisper among themselves when they used to look at her, in her glory days; "Jeez! Look at the tits on her! Her tits are so big that each one can have tits of their own!".

And now, the next day. Now, she had more boobs.
