The U.S. has done and sanctioned some awful things, but this is definitely a first. Also, given the response of official Washington, I would take it as a given "journalism" was probably not Khashoggi's primary occupation. In Trump's case, it takes a certain level of credulousness to not see $$$$$$ at play. On every issue it is Trump First, America Last.
