2023-08-03 18:18:12 +0000 UTCI love how Matt either didn't remember or hasn't seen the very strange and fun movie ROBOT JOX which is exactly the plot of "Wars is now illegal, so countries pour their GDP into building giant mechs to fight each other" and twisted around the plot of REAL STEEL instead. Highly recommend ROBOT JOX, both as a thing to do in real life and as a fun perfect late 80s direct to video movie.
