2023-03-15 17:54:47 +0000 UTCOne of my wife’s coworkers, who makes like 80,000 a year, didn’t get her paycheck because of Silicon Valley Bank closing. My wife works at a supplement corporation. Not like Herbalife lol. She’s not Mikey miles. It’s like a legit vitamin manufacturing company. But one of her coworkers does contracting work outside of the company and, the tech company that pays her couldn’t send her paycheck because their money was tied up in SVB. So I think most of the people getting screwed over by the bank closing or probably people we don’t know or hear about. But of course, they will be made whole long after the people responsible will be.
