2025-06-13 11:17:31 +0000 UTCfor growth on youtube I know episodic content doesnt do too well, that’s why you only really see spikes in views on the first few episodes, big moments, and the last few episodes in anime reactions generally what I see that gets alot of views on youtube tends to be anime op reactions and ed reactions (they make them seprate) and it’s either all the ops from the same show or a mix up youtube only really values watch time and viewer retention, I think “The Spiffing Brit” made a good video explaining the Algorithm about 4 months ago

Analyze your content and tiers, ensuring your content aligns with your fans' interests and offering a value proposition they find compelling. You could also try revamping your tiers, exploring lower-cost options, or even adding special offers to create a sense of urgency, Don't hesitate to solicit feedback from your existing patrons and explore ways to enhance their experience. More detail: 1. Content and Value Proposition: Analyze existing content: What content is most popular with your existing patrons? What types of content are they engaging with the most? Tailor your approach: Based on your analysis, focus on producing more of the types of content that resonate with your audience. Consider different content formats: Explore video, audio, or even interactive content to diversify your offerings and attract new fans. Offer exclusive content: Patreon can be a great platform for sharing exclusive content that's not available elsewhere. This can be anything from early access to your work to behind-the-scenes content. Introduce new tiers: Consider adding tiers that offer more exclusive perks or rewards. Offer limited-time deals: Limited-time deals or specials can be a great way to incentivize new subscribers and retain existing ones. Example- special or limited Tier where audiences get a chance to know you more by doing reactions to movies/ shows that each member of the group is into not just anime. Or a Special Tier that allows audience to see you play card games/board games. Live Q&A are a great way to pull in audience or live stream reactions with the audience being able to comment.
