You are spot on about Obito losing one person and going crazy, while Naruto kept losing people he loved, plus all the trauma of being alone from such a young age, yet he still held on to hope and stayed true to himself. I still cry watching this series all the time. Hinata is such a great character despite the lack of screen time she was given. I really wanted her to have a bigger role in the story ever since the original Naruto. If only she had been as important as Sakura or some of the Akatsuki members in terms of character hierarchy, she would have been given a bigger part in the story early on.
