2024-11-23 14:57:31 +0000 UTCso the thing about sooyoung is that when she was in girls gen she barely got any lines ever, there are several videos of her complaining about the eight words she was allowed to sing during one of their comebacks lol she also mostly rapped, so this solo was an eye opener for people sleeping on her vocals. this is her solo debut, and she chose to do it in japanese because that's where she debuted first, even before girls gen. she is now mostly known as an actress (and a really good one btw), which is what she mostly focused on after her promotions with snsd, hence the late solo debut

The encore was in Sangam Stadium.

I swear they really go out their way not to capture performances well 😭🤣 I’m so glad I requested the Piwon KGMA dance practise for next week so you can properly see the choreo hehe.
