Major pet peeve for me...at the concerts no one behind you wants to watch the concert through your phone! Keep it at eye level!! That's why I pay whatever to get near the stage! And I try to be mindful of those behind me!! Twice always seems happy to be on stage performing! Every concert I've been to they just seem so happy to be there!! It's their "happy place!"

2024-12-06 01:49:07 +0000 UTCI forget exactly how much in advance we knew about ticket sales but when the email dropped, it sold out in less than 10 minutes and it also had more people watching the livestream of it than the MAMA awards that were also happening in LA on the same day I just know that Strategy is going to make new fans so US tickets for their next tour might be even HARDER to get ;A;

2024-12-05 21:52:18 +0000 UTCOkay. I know I was trash talking the broadcast but you do bring up some very good points! The lack of whitewashing, setlist, and lights were definitely spot on! I'm okay with audience shots occasionally but I think I missed hearing them more! But yeah the camera switch up makes me feel dizzy too, The girls were flawless though!

2024-12-05 21:50:27 +0000 UTCAlso yes Dahyun filmed 2 movies: - "You Are The Apple of My Eye" which is an adaptation of a Taiwanese film of the same name about coming of age story and high school romance and - "Sprint" which is also a high school drama i think where she plays like an up and coming athlete/ runner (idk too much abt this one since it hasnt come out/ have any trailers yet)

2024-12-05 21:47:06 +0000 UTCI’ve been saying for a few years now that American producers and directors do not know how to film kpop artists! When Twice performs outside of Korea; I wish they would bring Korean producers and directors with them whom know the artists; know the songs; and know the choreography! I would say that 80-90% of the crowd shots and wide angles were so awkward and unnecessary! For people who are new to kpop, they probably didn’t have any issues; but to kpop fans whom have been watching for years; I’m sure they were as annoyed as I was! It took away from an otherwise GREAT performance!

2024-12-05 21:16:30 +0000 UTCThis was such a good performance from the girls but i have mixed feelings about the broadcast as a whole: Pros: - Good camera quality (crisp image) - No whitewashing filter (Jihyo tan 😳) - Cool stage design & lights (although the glare sometimes blinds me) - A more unique setlist than usual (no old title tracks, cooler B-side for my taste) - I like how the broadcast was free to watch on Twitch - Also before the performances there was a streamer that i like who is a once who got to meet them and stream it lol (Her name is ExtraEmily) - Of course the styling is 10/10 - And the girls performed their hearts out as per usual Cons: - Man, the cameramen are allergic to the center - The ADHD directing changing POV every seconds makes me dizzy 😵💫 (like u said as well), although i kinda appreciate the audience shot sometimes - The audio mixing for the broadcast especially, the backing track is so much louder than the girls But overall it was a unique experience and good performance as usual so yeah. Also excited for the comeback and your reactions to it hehe
