WuWa｜TS Prerequisites Update & First TS NPC Release

The first TS NPC has been added—you’re guaranteed to encounter them every week 😅.

Notes: The release rules for TS differ from those for regular female NPCs. As of now, 50 types have already been extracted and numbered.
The release order will go from 2.5 → 1.0, instead of starting from the first map like with the regular females.
These 50 NPCs may be fully released across three separate updates.

Re-download it 😂 it’s currently been fixed to a viewable level 😅. Completely resolving it would be too costly. This is also the only NPC whose face texture mapping method is different from the other regular NPCs.
