Added 2023-01-12 11:40:38 +0000 UTCone week ago I recorded my update video, bemoaning the fact that I was struggling to find foods that I wanted to eat. Well, apparently a lot can happen in a week because I gave my home made lasagne another go and it just seemed to hit all the right notes and Iโve been gorging myself on them ever since!
Iโd generally been making enough for 4 portions (and then eating them in one go) but yesterday I deliberately made more because the 4 portions hadnโt been enough so I ended up eating about 4 and a half lasagnes, along with three glasses of fizzy wine and a can of Coke. By the end I was so heavy and had so much food in my stomach Lucy told me to go and record my stuffed gut! I was feeling a little silly and a bit food coma-ish and just recorded a few minutes of me enjoying being big and greedy!
