2023-06-23 23:04:29 +0000 UTCI have a question Tulla about meditation. Is it normal to meditate while in the nude? I do stretching in the nude...it helps with giving me a sense of freedom and not being encumbered by clothing. Nude meditation relaxes me even more than just plain meditation. Is it ok to do so??!! I also tried weight training nude...I stopped when I almost dropped a 45 lbs. plate on my manhood- a HUGE near miss!! NEVER again!! π
