Added 2023-04-08 13:10:55 +0000 UTCI have been playing a lot of Starfinder lately, and since I've been investing in Star Wars Legion as well, it meant I had a lot of miniatures to use for an adventure in a galaxy far, far away.
Predictably, my players wanted to roll Jedi.
I had to remind one of them that he was a Solarian and that, technically, he WAS a Jedi.
Still, I did have to come up with a proper Jedi class, but thankfully someone put together a wiki for Knights of the Old Republic, containing everything from classes, feats, and powers for Jedi and Sith. Adapting those rules for Starfinder wasn't too hard, though it took a while to go over everything.
Speaking of Star Wars Legion, the Solarian player also wants to get into the tabletop wargame on account of the miniatures being so cool. He's planning on getting the Droid Army set, which contains a large number of B1 Battle Droids, which are unpainted and in need of assembly. I thought it was important that he knew what he was about to get into, so I let him have a spare sprue of battle droids I had yet to assemble.
It took him around an hour and a half to finish one.
Yeah, those droids are a pain to assemble. Then again, he wasn't dissuaded, and he's still planning to pick up the army set.
