2024-06-09 14:40:54 +0000 UTCThe first 6 episodes are much closer to the spirit of the original show in that it specializes in the dry, awkward cringe moments. In my experience, that very much caters to British comedic sensibilities. (And why we Americans don’t like them as much as later episodes) As we progress, the series turns more in to wacky jokey comedy which we Americans tend to love. I’ll be interested to see if you like them as much. Gonna be fun!

2024-06-08 15:19:25 +0000 UTCAfter this season each one is 20+ episodes which is standard for American TV on the more regular, basic channels. That happens sometimes with new shows, they test them out or fit them in for short runs to see how they do.
