That said... the only reason Ibaraki's perspective of the world could be considered less human than Shirou's is because Shirou has had more experience observing human behavior. The mindset it takes to create a RM is called the "common sense of demons", after all... so it's entirely possible that she could interpret it as an attempt to save her.
