Thank you for explaining. I myself have yet to explore LUTs, I think I have need of learning to edit better first. Typically I have someone else edit anything that is important enough to deserve it. I mostly shoot outdoor commercial looking work. Do you create your own LUTs? I notice that regionally, people apply different ones and from looking at an image, it is quite easy to tell from where in the world it came. Your work is excelent.

2022-12-25 11:31:29 +0000 UTCAs for this particular photo, I first did a basic color correction in C1, right from the camera the photo was too warm, especially the foliage, I separately twisted the color of the foliage on the layer in C1, then in Photoshop I applied a lut called Landscape - if you want, I can share with you, the opacity of the layer with this lut is 65%. Also, this lut was modified by me in the 3d lut creator program - In particular, darkened the foliage and highlighted the body
