Land's duplication spell being able to be used by his fake or himself added an extra whiplash of not knowing who is real or fake during that Ubel exchange. they both were trying to figure out who was real! I honestly forgot he had duplication magic till after the recording so I thought it was just the test being extra sneaky but his ability is quite impressive buddy is playing a game over here lmao

Frieren's pool of mana is pretty insane. I don't think she'll go 1 on 1 in this exam, but I do find it interesting that Frieren commented that that thing seems to posses her strength. Assuming that's not a translation error, it would imply that Frieren does surpass the clone in terms of mana capacity and as such would be able to win in an endurance contest. That said, it could also just be a translation issue. I do have a hard time imagining that clone having an equal pool of mana though. Fern is probably the most adorable 'annoying' kind of girl I've seen in an anime. She's possessive, gets jealous easily and gets angry easily and often. Usually anime girls (and especially real girls) like this aren't very likeable or adorable.
