Early Access: Crafting a Modular Dockside Warehouse for D&D!

Hi Guys,

The Dockside Warehouse episode as voted for by Noble Patrons is now up! Attached are two files for the signs, I found the PNG printed better than the PDF, so I'll leave it up to you guys as to which you use.

The .psd files will be a in a separate post for Noble Patrons so you can fiddle with it and change the company name, text, colour etc to your heart's content!

This one took me a while due to a lot of experimentation, but if you're just following the tutorial you should be able to bang out a big impressive set piece like this in very little time if you've already built the other modular pieces :)

As always guys, your comments and likes on the Youtube video itself are always welcome to push the algorithm, and your likes and comments here on Patreon are always welcome because its nice to see you're happy with the content!

If it helps, here are the relevant measurements I didn't put on screen for this video :) Wood interior wall I cut 1/4" planks into a 1.5" by 3" piece of 3/16" thick foam. And added 1/4" planks much like all the other walls, before cutting the ends at a 45 degree angle so they can all line up when corner to corner. Inner doorframe 3/16" thick foam like the inner walls Pallets 2" square of 1/32" thick balsa wood. Nets I cut the nets to the size I wanted, in this case two double layered 5" by 4" with the folded side still attached And one smaller 3" by 2" piece.

Its not quick to do, which is why I only tend to do it if I'm reeling off complex or long winded measurements, but I'll aim to slam the measurements on screen in future :)

Matt, thank you for all the amazing work you're doing. I don't know how difficult this is for you, but can you add the measurements on screen? Or if that's difficult, may be just a short video of you telling us what the dimensions are. Heck, I'll take a piece of paper with the dimensions written on it. Where I am struggling is , while building, I go "Wait, how long should the wall be?" or "What was the distance of the magnet from the edge?" And it's difficult to find the answer without watching the whole video again.
