Grind update!

Hi Guys!

So I've been putting off this update a little because I was hoping to get the 'bulk construction' phase complete before the next image - alas it was not to be!

What you CAN see is the bulk of what I've managed to get done so far (about 1/4 more tiles out of shot too), I'm currently working on the best method to file down the clay to line up smoothly, my initial method left a bit too much of a gap in places (gutted!), but it has led me to think how to fix this sort of thing if it goes wrong, so I'll be including that too in the video :)

The new method involves some homemade sanding blocks to get a smooth flat finish - in theory it'll work better and minimise gaps...if you care 😂the other method is faster, so options for everyone :)

I'm just about to take the weekend to get non-channel stuff done, I had the day job interrupt me a bit, hence not getting finished as smoothly as I'd have liked. But! I am very happy with how it's all turning out.

I can't wait to add the streetlights... 😁
