After so many years, I finally have a ref sheet of Clypse the Umbreon I can pass on for art by others to draw him being all tiny with the ladies… or in Mega form, perhaps matching their size for a flustering time. >///>!
A lot of compliments Clypse’s design received have made me blush. One of those most common is along the lines of “If I wasn’t straight…”. Which to be fair, if Clypse wasn’t my Sona, I’d feel the same way. @.@
Males are a very difficult subject to do good, unique design for me. Even though I am deeply into female fashion, I don’t like bringing it over to males. So when I do unique male fashion, I still try to keep it fairly masculine.
Hence, his platforms are pretty rugged with those treads and porous sides. Now if I was pretty darn wealthy, I would try to have an outfit similar to this custom tailored and I would wear it in real life. (because if I was wealthy, I wouldn’t give a dang what people think if they thinks its crossdressing, which to me, I don’t think this design style would be).
In real life I wear transition lens glasses, so I don’t really wear sunglasses. If I didn’t need glasses, I probably would! At least in the art design, sunglasses are a fun addition to outfits.
