Potential Abandoned Project? - Vote/discussion

So I was working on a MONKEY D LUFFY animation WAYYY BACK before Pixiv nuked me but I always look back at this WIP DRAFT like it could have been finished. to anyone out there thinking about i, what do you think? should go for it and finish this one? what positions should we even use? You can probably tell where this was going but man look at this. what do you guys think?
