I figure out how to solve all problems on ratio so far
thanks to Kubo-san hint desu
because Hentai work is really different
from those Manga in many way,
so that is the reason why I can not depend
all of technique on Kubo-san alone desu

I decide to go outside for play the sport about this hours desu. Play soccer with people at the yard have a lot more fun then workout alone at home desu and my weight get better this way desu.That mean my working hours will have to go down a little bit about 2 hours per day desu[that about 2 pages of Manga work desu]
