Hotfix update 0.2.2

- Got rid of a plugin which caused error loading on certain maps.
- You can now see the first cutscene of the slave path if you start a new game (before you only saw the dialog).
- Fixed some typos, game-blocking bugs and minor bugs.
v0.2.2
- Fixed another game-blocking bug in case you start a new game instead of skipping to 0.2 content.
- Add rename option to Mary when you meet her starting a new game.
I also added a speed hack so you can adjust the game speed if you feel some scenes too slow:
Press 1 for normal speed, 2 for x2, 3 for x3 and so on. Use it carefully! It shouldn't break anything but it might skip some frames, making the game glitchy. If you find a bug, make sure you're running the game at x1 speed!
