Roadmap for April

Welcome to April! Last month was a wild month for all of us. I hope you all are staying safe! With the lock down in effect, I am going to be mixing things up a bit here on the Patreon for April. I will be sharing a lot of new bonus content, launching a new tutorial series, and we are going to be doing something new each week on Twitch. Let's all stay inside and paint til this whole thing blows over! 

First, we are taking a month off of the Dungeon Master Series. The Giant's Prisoner from March was a lot of fun, and I still have a great battle scene planned for the next one; but with all the stress in the world right now, I thought we could use a little tranquility and good vibes. So for this month's Classic Fantasy Illustration I am going to be working on some nice, calm, relaxing landscapes. (With dragons of course!) 

We will be drawing/painting some of these live on Twitch in some Bob Ross style "happy-little-dragons" peaceful painting sessions. 

This month's Tutorial is finished and will be dropping tomorrow! It is on Mass Drawing vs. Contour Drawing and offers a guide on how I use both types of drawing to develop my characters. Later this month I'll be announcing a new tutorial series that I am excited to share with you.

The Monster of the Month for April is going to be crazy! Later this month we will be announcing a creature prompt and a hashtag for a monster that I will be drawing LIVE on TWITCH. I will be sharing my reference and studies for the monster we pick so everyone can work with what I am using, or can get their own material if they like. At the end of the Twitch stream I will share everyone else's versions that are posted on the Instagram hashtag.  It's going to be crazy and should be a lot of fun if we can get the whole thing coordinated! 

Lastly, Mentorships are going to be scaled back for April as it has become quite difficult for us to manage them and also watch the kids during with the quarantine. We will be starting them up normally again next month!
