if you're unaware, laurels is about a trans masc french couturier, who is also at the center of a wide network of thieves, assassins, and generally nasty sorts. when a new client asks him to procure something he refuses to give, he has only his beloved bodyguard to turn to in the fallout. it's a very heartfelt story about two people who're stupid in love and too close to see it's reciprocated until danger forces their hands. and it's hot. some of the best smut i ever wrote, just imo.
