OGL Updates

Like everyone else in the 3rd party RPG community, we're doing our best to keep abreast of updates to the Dungeons and Dragons Open Gaming License. This doesn't directly affect Borough Bound. After all, we always focus on releasing decidedly system agnostic content. We should say, of course, that we hope Wizards of the Coast releases an official update to this document that allows our colleagues and peers to continue making awesome D&D content. 

In the meantime, we're going to avoid releasing any 5e homebrew, and we'll have to reevaluate whether it's actually okay for us to provide our 5e statblock suggestions. We appreciate your concern for us throughout this legal hullaballoo, but rest assured that we aren't going to stop releasing the same rad content as always.

Witchy Cakes

Our buddy Mike over at Mage Hand Press just launched the Kickstarter for their brand new card game Witchy Cakes. Will got a chance to play this at PAX Unplugged back in December, and he can say with confidence that it'll be your next favorite card game, complete with adorable art and a super quick play time. New Czepeku Project: Czepeku Scenes

The Czepeku brand grows! The newest creation from the greatest map makers in the RPG space is Czepeku Scenes. This is a Patreon dedicated to releasing gorgeous splash art for unique tabletop scenes based on Cze & Peku maps. This magnificent art is perfect for theater-of-the-mind campaigns or non-tactical play, and it's especially useful for those of you using Alchemy for your tabletop adventures. 

Czepeku Scenes is live now, but they have yet to release their first scene. Dive in quick to make sure you lock in the discount pricing!

New RPG Spotify Playlists

Borough Bound composer/writer Will Savino wants you to listen to good music while you play RPGs. As such, he's created two dozen Spotify playlists that you can use to score 100% of your tabletop sessions. Since our last grab bag post, he's released three additional Spotify playlists: DnD Boss, DnD Antics, and DnD Steampunk. Go give those a follow if you need some more RPG music in your lives. While you're at it, consider throwing him a follow on Patreon if you want to download ~300 tracks he has available over there.

We've gotten so many compliments lately about the ultra-detailed interior maps we release in conjunction with our boroughs. Well, those stunning maps are created by Matt of Fantasy Atlas. Matt's been making incredible maps for years, and there's never been a better time to go check out his whole library on Patreon. He's also provided us with this stunning new courtyard map he completed recently, and it's totally free! Have fun destroying this pleasant courtyard in your next adventure, you monsters! Our partners over at Alchemy just went live with their D&D Beyond character importer!
