April Patreon Update

Hello all! Two exciting updates today. You will, of course, not be charged for this post.

Our Brand New "Everything Bundles"

For most patrons, our Definitive Edition releases provide the most useful content bundles: VTT tokens, the full borough guide, and a handful of giant maps. However, we've often received requests for some way to download TRULY EVERYTHING we've created for a given borough in one go (i.e. without just clicking every damn link in the Master Post).

Enter the Everything Bundle, accessible via our Patreon Shop page. Everything Bundles are exactly what they sound like: zip files containing absolutely every piece of content we generate for a given setting. These bundles include every VTT token, map (individual, full, interior, and bonus), music track, borough guide, supplemental document, collaborator contribution, Foundry module, illustration, and anything else we happened to make. If you want the FULL experience for a borough, you probably want the Everything Bundle.

These bundles are available for free for our Chief Courier tier patrons, and every borough we've completed is now available.. If you'd rather stay at the Delivery Kid or General Messenger tier, you can also buy the bundles individually. Hell, if want to just be a free subscriber and buy any borough that intrigues you, that's also totally an option. As Patreon continues to evolve, we want to offer as many ways as possible to engage with our heaps of content.

We'll be releasing new Everything Bundles contemporaneously with our Definitive Edition releases. If we ever return to a setting, we'll update the Everything Bundle accordingly.

If you have any additional questions about the Everything Bundles, please comment below or send us a message! Also, if you notice any errors in the files, please let us know. I spent the past week combing through 20 GB of files trying to keep everything organized... there may be an error or two.

The Borough Bound Blog

We've been regularly updating our Borough Bound Blog since December! This blog is a fabulous companion piece to our boroughs, filled with useful GMing resources, deep-dives into our content, and interviews with your favorite creators. We strongly recommend subscribing to the blog so that you can get articles, freebies, and BB updates in your inbox at a totally sane pace (i.e. we won't blast you with content 3x a day).

Some recent favorites from our blog:

This is not some paid Substack, nor is it a newsletter filled with obnoxious calls-to-action. It's just an honest-to-goodness attempt to collect and present useful tabletop information from our team. It's also (obviously) totally free. If you're craving more TTRPG content, we'd be extremely grateful for a follow and a share. You know we rarely beg you to share our content, but if you read an article that tickles you, we'd love a bit of a signal boost.

---------------------------------

Okay, that's it for today. We'll be dropping Ruvatello - Definitive Edition later this month, followed by the first release of our next borough. Stay tuned for oodles more BB!

We release twice a month, and setting a payment cap does not affect your access to anything. Once you’re a patron, you can download whatever you want!

hurrah for the everything bundle 🙏 i was lucky enough to have a change in jobs so I jumped on the opportunity to support yall! I've been meaning to do it for a while and I hope I can stay around for a good time! Your work is so inspirational! I read the FAQ and am still not sure how many posts are typically released in a month, so I set the cap to 2, but I'd like to know if that restricts my access somehow or if I'd get access to everything eventually (in batches of 2 posts per month at a time)

So this could be a Patreon error. Larger files in the shop don’t always play nice with CERTAIN patrons’ internet. This is a common issue that we only discovered AFTER uploading all of the Everything Bundles. That said, I’ll give those files a check and see if there’s a more specific issue occurring. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

The Meddenfirth download has two corrupted jpegs in the "\Maps\Individual Maps\05 (West of the Bridge)" folder. I have downloaded it three times on different computers with the same errors on "GL_Meddenfirth05_MarketDay_Night_30x36" and "G_Meddenfirth05_MarketDay_Day_30x36"

First time sub, just wanted to say this is an amazing amount of content so conveniently bundled and professionally arranged. Incredible work!

Interesting. They download fine on my computer, so I’m guessing it’s to do with file names and what your specific unzipping scenario will allow. Certain punctuation or total file name length can cause issues. Let me take a look and see if there’s a more obvious culprit. Thanks for bringing that to my attention!

Unfortunately, there are multiple *.zip archives that are corrupt and cannot completely extract. I have downloaded the files on multiple computers multiple times and reach the same result. Content not listed is without error: *Ancora Bay - CORRUPT *Brimspur - CORRUPT *Elseridge Academy - CORRUPT *Falthingror - CORRUPT *Ithivellia - CORRUPT *Meddenfirth - CORRUPT *Muc Mhara - CORRUPT *Pelgrut - CORRUPT *Sootwyn Barrow - CORRUPT *The Liminarc - CORRUPT *Wresyck Junction - CORRUPT *Yllmourne - CORRUPT
