Borough Guide

This release is all about Druha Arms, the largely dysfunctional megacorp responsible for arming the citizenry, defending Svarnahelm against outside threats, and deploying the Third Spear—the city's constable force—all across the island. Druha Arms is definitely an outlier when it comes to Svarnahelm's monopoly powers. That makes them the perfect antagonists for players who decide they absolutely must begin their efforts to crush the city's nefarious economic drivers.

Maps

The southeast corner of Demlin is dominated by Fort Hornward, the headquarters for Druha Arms and Svarnahelm's military presence overall. A sea wall, mote, wall, and barricades help against sieges... but they certainly won't stop your players. We're releasing a bunch of variant maps for Demlin, including Sunset, Misty, Rainy, Snowy, Desert, and Skyport. This release and others featuring the district's central boulevard also include a Traffic Jam variant.

Our interior cartographer Matt created 6 floors of Fort Hornward for your party to explore. Fight a giant in the basement, attend a rally, invade the board room, or sneak into the archon's chambers. As always, these interior maps are only available to our Chief Courier tier patrons!

Music

Fort Hornward is corporate military music. This is regimented, tense, and uneasy, but it's also decidedly capitalist first and foremost. Use this music for any and all awkward encounters with Svarnahelm's police force or when exploring the namesake dungeon. Our Night variant is quieter and more ambient, but no less nefarious.

Trelody's Mansion | Collaboration with Moonlight Maps

Our pals over at Moonlight Maps have provided one final treat for y'all today: a giant mansion occupied by former Druha Arms archon Thomas Trelody. This map is so ripe for infiltration. Head to the private island, sneak in, fight guards, and steal valuable secrets. Ya gotta do it! Plus, look at how damn colorful it is.
