wizard binding (feat. all 3 wizards)

fig 1. anti-magic cuffs, which deactivate any/all enchantments, seals, and magical artifacts on a person.
fig 2. iron and leather, to prevent the wizard from making hand gestures, drawing seals, or speaking. does not affect physical enchantments/seals.
fig 3. rope and cloth. cheaper than iron and leather, but just as effective. better strip the wizard too, just to be safe. who knows what enchantments they've sewn into their clothes?

I have to wonder if the amount of extra bindings were just for funsies or because Osmund is considered more powerful and dangerous.
