Lactation.

Especially with Kate, if she let's say had a condition, which would make her produce milk even outside pregnancy. Now I know that might not be for everyone, so this is just for me to get a general idea how people feel about it and in what way they'd prefer to avoid it, if they don't like it.
If you choose no, just for clarification:
Settings choice would be simple Lactation ON/OFF button inside settings and if you clicked off, it would never show up in game.
In-game menu would give you a choice each scene it was present, something like squeeze the breast (milk) or don't option.

there will definitely be a way to avoid it, I was just interested in what way would people want that be accomplished. Also to get an idea how popular the kink is in general with my patrons, so I don't add it and then realize people didn't really like it.
