Quick warning - I did change two things, so what to look out for:

First, I added tooltips in some of the choices, these show by hovering the choice. This is mostly for the choices that are not clear what they do just from the choice alone. This can be turned off in the setting - under In-game tooltips check the Hidden option.

Possible problem with this change is that if the choice doesn't have a tooltip, it needs to just have empty bracket, I went through the whole game and hopefully added them every where, but if not, the choice will fetch itself for the tooltip. So please, if you hover any choice and a tooltip pops up which just copies the text of the choice, just let me know.

Second, with MC growing hair and beard I made new icons for him, but to make things easier for me in the future, I did a switch with the old ones. But it's possible that the find/replace missed some, so if at any point there's a bald MC talking, but there's icon of MC with the hair in the textbox, just let me know.
