Maybe add a line to this paragraph saying that due to his enhanced hearing, he could hear her voice when he never would have been able to from that distance before the system.

It was disappointing when the first event after meeting her is once again solo... 😭 Felt bad. I really hope we get some duo action now! The logistics here don't make much sense to me. He hears her from outside but has to run hard for 10 mins to get to her? Ok, maybe the echo would allow him to hear Sophia, even though it's so very far away. But how can she even be alive at all after alerting the entire underground to her presence? 🤔 Maybe that will make more sense to me in the next chapter.
