August Q&A!

Hey everyone, here's the results of my first Q&A!

There were a few questions I skipped (I tried to answer no more than 3 questions per person, just to keep the ball rolling) but there were also a few questions I intended to answer, but missed - apologies to those! Next time I'll come up with a more reliable method of listing the questions as I read them.

Notably, Lindsay asked: Will you ever do a full face reveal?? Or a livestream where we ask questions and you answer them as they come in?

I would say no to a face reveal - I prefer you to be able to project your fantasies onto my work more easily, and I think a face reveal could complicate that. I would rather the roleplays are about your enjoyment, rather than my ego.

As for a livestream - maybe! I'm not sure right now. The time zone issue could complicate things, as it seems I'm between 4 to 7 hours out of sync with majority of my listeners, but maybe one day. I try to have one major project related to BadFantasy each month, in addition to the regular creation of work, so perhaps one day, livestreaming could be one of the extra projects?

And Lucy B: regarding ownership of exotic pets, my opinion varies. Snakes and spiders are fine to have, monkeys and tigers - no. Personally I wouldn't want anything more exciting or hard work than a housecat.

The YouTube version of this will feature some video and a few pics and screencaps. If you're interested in more of multimedia experience, you might want to watch that first and pick this one up where it leaves off (around the 48 minute mark).

August Q&A!

Comments

Congratulations on finishing your studies!! How exciting. I think the artists I've mentioned in Q&As would be: Soey Milk Andrew Salgado Malcolm Liepke And possibly Loribelle Spirovski. In particular her abstract portraits. For my own work - I have posted some older stuff on here! I'm not at my laptop right now so I can't search easily but I think it was on another Q&A post (or it could have been a monthly update)

BadFantasy

I'm listening all Q&A starting today, so sorry for asking old things. But I'm an art student (until this month, July I'll be freeee) and very interested in the artists that you mentioned, could you reply them? Aaand if you're comfortable maybe we could see some of your paintings? Thank u 💓

I did not go to the orgy dome, but I met some people who did, and their report was similar to what I expected it to be. I'm all down for that kind of thing but the particular details of the one at BM didn't sound all that appealing to me. I actually did try to attend a 'masturbation workshop' while I was there but when I showed up at the time & place, the event didn't seem to be running.

BadFantasy

[there is a question I’ve been meaning to ask since this Q&A. you mentioned burning man. did you also go to the ‘orgy dome’?]

You won my heart with John Waters!

Sweetheart, people are bound to judge from their own experiences a lot of the time. To keep taking an objective view isn’t that easy. I didn’t find your words argumentative, don’t worry. I agree with that BF says it’s okay not to have an answer to big questions about life, and equally - it’s okay to remain silent wherever you want. ☺️❣️

First of all thank all of you for kindly sharing one’s thoughts. I think I’m catching on it now. How I get to have the view is too long a story it will bore everyone. Briefly it’s based on a couple of uncomfortable incidents where I got hurt my feelings by some “heteroflexible.” I concede it was careless of myself to generalize from very few personal examples. I hope any of you didn’t get me wrong. No offense was meant. I need to try to agonize over this subject from a broader perspective. Thank you once again. You gave me revelatory insights to have second thoughts about it.

You're definitely right on the last part. Staying ambiguous is something of a privilege. But there's no real thought process behind it, I'm not referring to myself as hetero-flexible because I have some great desire to keep within mainstream social boundaries or anything like that. Hetero-flexible is only what I'd call myself if someone insisted on an answer. The truth is, I don't think of myself as anything. I try to avoid labels of all kinds (not just in terms of gender or sexuality). Labels come with limits and I'd prefer to exist without feeling boxed in like that. I'll try to explain why. I went to a party a few weeks ago and this guy spent the entire night flirting with me, and trying to convince me that I was gay. He was a lovely person, but it got a bit tiresome. When I was little, my curly hair meant I was often mistaken for a girl. Since I became older, people have regularly assumed I'm gay, purely because I'm more emotionally open and communicative than most straight men. I've regularly had people put me in boxes that don't exactly fit. I feel completely out of place in straight culture, and found better friendships with women and people in the queer community, although I don't really belong there either. I feel like I've always existed in a bit of an ambiguous space, and I've grown comfortable there. I think that learning to be comfortable with ambiguity (in many areas of life) is something of a key to happiness. It's okay to avoid labels. When confronted with big questions about life, it's okay not to have an answer. You could maybe call it a zen-like attitude, I suppose. I realise that some people do not have this luxury and the nature of who they are means taking sides is necessary, and that can create complications and bring prejudice. I empathise with this and support those people. But if we're talking about my own life experience and inner feelings, this is just who I am. I'm just... whatever. And that's how I like it.

Hence I say “I’m bi” especially when I’m with LGBTQ+ lest anyone feel offended with any point at all although I have my own leaning preference. I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Marco and Bad Fantasy.

Would you excuse me I beg to differ about that term? I’m bi and according to Marco’s words I maybe correspond to ‘heteroflexible.’ My POV though that term somehow sounds like “I’m basically straight. I sometimes feel drawn to men and won’t refuse to have sex with them. But hey I’m not gay, which means I’m still inside of the general mainstream of socially “accepted” sexual orientation.” If you’re attracted to more than one gender you just define yourself as gay or bi no matter how much you lean to a specific gender. I wonder what it is really for to keep the label ‘hetero’ when you talk about your sexuality. I think maybe for some people, “ambiguity” may feel as though drawing a dividing line between them and people who live in the world where there’s no fear for discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation.

the cutest thing ever🥰🥰then the random change in tone just took me out🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣the switch up was so drastic🤣🤣🤣🤣i dont listen to the youtube versions of audios much anymore since im here… but i think we should first listen to the youtube versions and come here to get the switch up later on🤣🤣

Z (Disgraced Discord Dutchess)

“so yeah, thanks everyone… hope you enjoyed listening, bye!……….. alright patreon people now its just us we can get into the absolute filth” the scream i let out when that happened 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣i laughed so hard😭😭😭😭😭

Thanks Ophelia 🙂 I spent decades focusing on drawing before moving into oils. Drawing is the foundation of most visual arts (especially with portraiture, which is my focus), so I wanted to make sure I was happy with my skills there before I moved on. I'm sure I'll show some paintings here one day. Also, re: Calm - I would love to. I applied for an app called Dispea a few months back and never heard anything. At this point though, I'm planning to start a second YT channel for relaxation/sleep/meditation audio next month. So that's more the focus right now.

BadFantasy

ALSO: I have no idea how this even works or if it’s even possible but I think you should definitely see about doing audios for the Calm app. I’m just imagining your normal every day voice softly speaking words of affirmation over the sounds of waves rolling in 🥰😌

OpheliaDawn

This was so fun & relaxing to listen to 🥰 you seem so wise from all of your experiences & travels & have lived a life so far that a lot of us can only dream of. It’s nice to hear someone who is truly appreciating life to the fullest & achieving what they want for themselves. Thanks for giving us a little peak behind the curtain♥️ If it’s not too personal I’m sure a lot of us would love to see one of your oil paintings if you ever feel keen to share. I’ve only dabbled with acrylics but one day I’d love to learn with oils & water colors. Was oils what you first started with or did you work your way up? What are some of your favorite subjects to paint?

OpheliaDawn

Also, everyone here seems so nice; a great group of patrons. 🙌 Thank you BF for creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming place for us to INDULGE; You hold us in thrall 🖤

Tried replying to your response to my comment above, but unable. I guess that’s a Patreon comments limitation (or I’m an idiot 😅)?? The chambers of the Red Pyramid is a fantastic euphemism 🥳

Domina in the Details

That's Patreon. I've had comments disappear, and others have mentioned it happening too. You can ask here, or save it for the next Q&A if you like?

BadFantasy

You know, maybe you could do an adventurer role play? One where both you and the listener are archaeologists and work the Red Pyramid into an audio? Sounds of sandstorms, Arabic music, and confessions of lust, I mean love! Sounds great to me. Lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 😝

Eric von Habsburg

I clearly remember I leave question.. and now checking the post I cannot see mine. what the heck happened..? moreover what is worse I cannot come up with my question. I can't believe. no way

Sounds very mysterious, doesn't it?

BadFantasy

I was surprised no one asked too! Heteroflexible is probably the best answer. Occasionally practicing on the flexible part.

BadFantasy

I lol'd 😄

BadFantasy

Concierging was GREAT fun. Especially on the night shifts. Those big 5 star hotels always have something interesting happening, if you're watching closely, and the nightshifts are often the most interesting of all. But it's probably similar to being a PA, like you say. Basically sorting out people's problems and keeping them happy. I also spent 6 months working as an SMS phone sex operator, but that's a different story.

BadFantasy

I'm so happy I got it right! Ha. And yeah, it's not easy living like that, for sure. There's plenty of times when I feel like it would just be easier to tell a little lie about something, and sometimes obviously it's good to withhold the truth or tell white lies for the sake of other people's feelings. But when it comes to the important, big stuff, you gotta be honest. You'll never have the life you want, otherwise. The people worth being around won't flinch at your truth.

BadFantasy

In the chambers of the Red Pyramid 🤍

Domina in the Details

i’m surprised no one asked what his sexual orientation was or did i miss it?

What a great Q&A, thanks for doing this. Maybe to deal with the scooters, you can just say every audio takes place near a scooter race, lmao j/k.

MH

I have to say I really really enjoyed this! It’s lovely getting to know you better and I love that you’re every bit as much a geek or sci-fi/fantasy nerd as I am. Your previous jobs sound like they would’ve been really interesting if not fun. I always wanted to work in concierge when I was a teen because I’m great and getting people what they want. (Which is maybe how I fell into working as a personal assistant to a HUGE celebrity for a few years). Anyway, I’m sure you’ll reach 50k in no time. You’re one of the best Audio Artists I’ve ever listened to!! 🥰❤️❤️

Eric von Habsburg

Mystery is sexy.

Thank you for answering my question. (You pronounced my name perfectly btw 😉). I absolutely 💜 your philosophy of being honest with yourself, those whom you choose to include in your life. I feel the exact same way. Without realizing it until you've put it into words, I've been living my life that way. This can make it harder to find someone who will accept all those culturally shamed, but not personally shameful life styles, thoughts, feelings, preferences, etc. People can find that kind of liberation and level of self-acceptance intimidating. It's a relief to hear I'm not the only one with that mind set. It helps to make me feel less like there is a wrong in me. 💜🌵💜

Good choice with Vladimir Putin 😂😂. I love it. And thank you for sharing so candidly. Onwards to 50k YT subs!

It was so great to learn more about you, you are so cool and the dreams about the Egypt is so strange (if one day you find why the Egypt want you so much, tell us it's so special). I'm so sad for the face, but I understand and ifyou continue to show us some other parts of your body, I'm totally agree XD lol (I will never forget the hard one :D). I love the patreon part of this Q and A, it feels so intimate (I was excitting like a child when you arrive to the Patreon part, it was funny XD lol). (Sorry if sometimes I make some mistakes , I'm french and not an expert in english yet ^^)

At least you have a diagnosis and can start to work on it. And there's benefits to staying put - travelling costs money, and in terms of owning assets and whatnot, I'm behind most of my friends because I chose to prioritise travels. I don't regret it, but like most things - there's two sides to the coin.

BadFantasy

This was so nice thank you. You sound like such an interesting person, who you could talk to for ages and not get bored 🙂 I always wanted to travel when I was younger. But find it really hard, I'm autistic and not having my normal routine really messes me up, I hate it. I only found out a couple of years ago, so I'm still working on how to get the most out of life now I know what I'm dealing with.

Damn, answered my questions so fast 😄 you're story about your trip to the pyramids was really interesting, glad we got to hear it.

androgynous water

Amazing! Yeah that one was so fun, very dramatic. Glad you liked it too 😀

BadFantasy

Yes but it occurred to me afterwards that I wasn't sure if you went with the US or UK pronunciation? ZEE or ZED. Sorry if I got it wrong!

BadFantasy

Omg hey u saw my question and I find it funny because that werewolf video was the first time I saw u on YouTube! It was a great context and made me join ur Patreon after! :))

not me getting Name Dropped *tucks hair behind ear*🤣🤣🤣 ummm chile anywayzzz… ✨✨✨
