It's a shame that I only really get a chance to recommend cool indie games at the very end of the year, in my annual "Most Innovative Game" video. So I want to fix that. This is a new series called Weekender where, every now and again, I'll shout out a new indie game that's fun, inventive, and can be finished in a weekend.
The first game is the excellent Chants of Sennaar, a puzzle game about deciphering language. It goes out to the world tomorrow!

Great suggestion! I'm always looking for new Switch games to play when I go/get dragged to the cottage, and this looks like a great one!

While I love 100+ hours RPG as much as the next guys, I found that these shorter games are typically way more memorable and impactful and, now that I'm an adult with responsabilities, I'm more willing to try a 5 hours game than a typical AAA game I'm unfamiliar with. The recommendations I've gotten from this channel have been stellar (The Curse of the Golden Idol was a recent obsession, I binged it in the span of 24 hours) so I'm super excited to try Chants of Sennaar
