It means if you like an unboxing, a poetry reading, or a story [like the book we're reading] you can venmo/paypal me $$ and I will forward you the mp3 file. So things like "Rocky" are off-limits. It's just so you can listen to it outside of the Patreon app. Is there any HUGE benefit to you? Not really.
