Oh - about Apple. Apparently if you have Patreon on iOS, Apple feel entitles to take 30% of the money you are paying me and the good folks at Patreon for... existing? If you want to know how I feel about Apple, take a deep dive into how they originally got the Siri voice and take a guess about what my views might be. The price hike defaults to the customer. I believe this starts in November. I also believe this can be circumvented by using Patreon via any browser.
In response, I will freeze the sub price here as is [$6/$10] for the foreseeable future. I can't think of a reason I would inflate them seeing as many of you persist in showing flagrant generosity through various other means. If we get to November and I start hemorrhaging members, I'll explore other options [scaling back the lower tier, other host sites, etc...]. For the time being, I would love to stay focused on what we're making in the lab.

Especially with the accent, I’m like Jersey mafia accent? Then I kept reading, obviously cowboy. Haven’t watched Cowboy Bebop. Also, thanks for the info. Ugh, fuckin apple (😉) We switched when traveling for work became more frequent, it’s a love/hate relationship. I’m only joined to this Patreon, only reason I’m here.
