This story was so much fun to listen to. I’ve only ever smoked the devil’s lettuce - legally because I’m a goody two shoes like that - the hard stuff sounds too scary. Glad you didn’t let the intrusive thoughts win. I hope you were able to get some sleep. 🫶🏻

2024-11-18 17:41:12 +0000 UTCNot a weed smorker (I have asthma and prefer it in baked goods anyway) but this reminded me of when I moved out of California and suddenly weed was called all these other weird names that I never understood and when I tried to ask people if it was weed they were always like “well, idk, kind of?” and it made me miss just being able to go to the weed store.

Like when you said “it’s a stone’s throw away. You probably need a professional athlete.” Nah, how are you going to say the Ramada Inn and all of a sudden say you have to go to sleep?!! 😝 Ahhh that was great. CW: DRUGS One time in high school, my friends and I decided we wanted to smoke weed. We thought, we make our own money, it’s time. Omg now that I think back we must’ve looked sooooo obvious. Ok, we bought the weed, the dutch, walked to the designated “smoking”park, all to find out… we don’t know how to ROLL. One of the gals said her boyfriend knows how to roll. We rummage through our purses for quarters to call him from the nearest payphone 👵🏼 She calls him, he says sure and off we go. Can you believe, he had a blunt waiting for us when we arrived? So sweet. Well it was laced with (leans in and whispers) heroin 🫢. Luckily we took one pull (I took the babiest pull ever) and we were all ok. (Redacted) broke up with that POS as soon as we felt better. Now, for all the negative feedback on smoke break. I’m sorry you have to read through those. You’ve touched so many and left your mark. I am glad that you’re my cup of tea, our cup of tea. You’re special and even though I know you won’t let them, don’t let them get to ya. Someone once told me, take that and let it fuel me? So yeah.

I no longer do the weed bc I have this one friend who is just a lil dangerous and the last time we hung out I ended up in the ER due to her crazy medical grade situation that was way out of my league. Did not die, but hey oh trippin balls is a real thing and having that one dangerous friend is fucking awesome after everything turns out ok. Good times.
