We’ve all been hurt. Some scars can be seen from space. Some are clothed over. Having a scar does not give you permission to make more.
If enough men successfully leave their mark, the world will become unrecognizable
Hurt people dole out kindness because they know it is in short supply // hurt people seek truth over the most comfortable lie // a child who’s hurt will soon burn the world // a grown up who does the same is absurd // being hurt in adulthood should expand your vision // though it does not grant you any awful permission // so if you’ve been hurt and still need to heal // forgiveness and kindness can help you feel real
