I was trying to wait till after Q&A50 but this idea made me chuckle too much not to draw it so here's a sneak peek.

I like stuff like this that highlights some of the minutiae of sex and doesn't present itself as being an effortless activity. It's also neat to see this image as a PNG, without any of those blurry JPEG artifacts.
